By my second Rolfing session with Julie, my headaches went away completely. I had not felt relief in so long. I've continued to see her when I hit a rough patch & it always helps. It's been about a year & my chronic migraines have not returned. She's helped me address other issues & ailments, always patient & caring. She's also referred me to other types of practitioners when she feels I might benefit from a different type of care. This type of honesty is deeply appreciated, & I really feel like her commitment lies in making sure her clients heal. My husband has also loved working with Julie. The space is really nice, too. Lastly - bc I wish people talked about this more - as can often happen with bodywork, there was one session where some past trauma surfaced for me unexpectedly. In those scenarios, I have often felt ashamed & embarrassed by my reactions bc they often come flying out of nowhere & can be difficult to control.
