Later, when I went to the register to pay for my purchase, she was r on her phone, but she still did not greet us, ask if we had rewards, or say thank you after completing the transaction. I understand that there may have been a situation that required her to use her phone, and I respect that emergencies can happen. However, it is important that customers feel acknowledged and attended to when they enter and make a purchase. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a 60 minute organic facial. The room is very comfortable…read morewith soothing music and Amanda took great care of me. I loved all the organic products she used on my face as well as the way she massaged my face and neck and used hot towels. It was extremely relaxing and my face had a nice glow for the next couple of days. I will be back for other types of facials as she has a variety of services to choose from.
