I have only got services to upkeep my Balayage, so I am prepared to pay. I like that they greet you (a front-desk area with things to purchase), offer you a beverage (champagne or beer), hot coffee, tea, juice or water. They have great stylists, and a room in the back for hair washing, drying and just spa-like relaxation. Make your appointment on their website and get ready to be pampered!

At scheduling time, the receptionist was very nice and worked with me to find a time that fits schedules well. I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. They offer you water and other beverages there as you arrive. There is also local crafted jewelry in the sitting area to browse. Getting back to hair, Michaela was very personable, funny, nice, and professional. The experience was nice and it feels like you're just chatting with an old friend. Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. I appreciate them for being so accommodating and ease of everything. Michaela is a great stylist and I would recommend booking with her anytime! Not only will she make your hair look better but just speaking with her makes your day better too.

They never emailed me or called me to let me know and they left me out with no other option and no product for our school events. They are not reliable at all and they are not professional people at all . They caused me so much hassle and trouble and I wouldn't go back to them ever .

Would not recommend them with high carat gold. Wanted to turn my 24k gold into other jewelry and…read morethey did a scratch test to test the gold. They stated it was 22k. As a jeweler, they should know scratch tests are not meant for higher carat gold but a xrf or pmi gun. Took it to a pawn shop for testing and even the jewel recycle and they both confirmed it was 24k. Them being jewelers, they should know this and not try to scam customers. Their work is amazing from what I have seen but I can not trust them. Beware.

From the moment I met one of the owners, this gem of a store got my attention. Before setting foot into the shop, I was impressed by their proactive, organic social media campaigns. The visit to Jewel Smith of Durham blew our minds. The attention to in-store customer service was most refreshing and sadly unique. They know how to make the jewelry purchase experience fun and memorable. Each piece is created by talented architects with impressive tools and timeless machinery. There are exquisite pieces that are one of a kind with gems carefully purchased from every part of our planet. I realized after my first visit to the local mall here how I'd never again attempt a purchase at a chain jeweler. It's not too late for Christmas with their fully staffed extended Holiday hours and a dedicated parking lot. And then there's always Valentines Day.

I wasn't sure where to go so I turned to the trusted Yelp community and thank goodness I did! I decided to go with The Computer Cellar for the win and was very pleased. While I was hoping for an easy fix, it wound up to be a bit more serious. BUT, Chloe and Gabriel are angels, they were so calm, genuine, and trustworthy that it made the process bearable (that and some wine! I'm not going to lie!). It was New Year's Eve and they didn't want me to have to wait until today to get my computer back so Gabriel saved the day and fixed the laptop before closing. The cost was reasonable and while I hope I don't have problems going forward, if I do, I am DEFINITLEY go back to them!!! I hope you guys had an awesome and well-deserved New Year!

The last few weeks have been overly "non-stop-on-the-go" for me and I've been needing to get my flu shot for some time now but had trouble finding the time. Because I work with the Duke Healthcare system, specifically Duke Hospice patients, it was especially important (albeit required) for me that I get my flu shot ASAP. I could have done better planning and get to the pharmacy earlier but still, Pharmacist Sarah Mc Caughan extended me grace and still went out of her way to administer me my much needed flu shot just before store closing. This speaks volumes. Thank you for not turning me away and thank you for not telling me to come back tomorrow. My immune system thanks you and my sickly patients thank you also!
