Despite explaining the situation, my prescription was still scheduled for the following day, and my request to have it filled sooner was never acted on, even after speaking with someone who assured me this would happen. As a result, my condition worsened while I waited for medication. This is not the first issue I've experienced with this pharmacy. The customer service has been consistently poor, with staff often coming across as rude and dismissive. I also requested that an incorrect phone number be removed from my account because someone else has been receiving notifications containing my personal medication information. That request was also ignored. These repeated failures are unacceptable, especially when they involve patient safety and privacy.

Then when it is finally listed it tells me there is some kind of delay. I call and they tell me there is no issue. It makes me think that it's just a ploy to delay filling my prescriptions. They were much more efficient. Second, they constantly forget to use my insurance to cover the medications and it's another phone call to have my insurance applied.

My mother was known at this CVS due to her frequent COVID testing and we were delighted that one of her favorite workers was at the window to help us. She quickly understood the problem and came up with a unique solution so that I could get the medication that had been prescribed. All without any fuss or complaint. What a treat!
