What can you say that has not been said about CVS. They are on most every corner and have a rewards card. They are well stocked in the most popular items. The staff here is friendly and they smile. Anything I hate is a checkout person that does not look up and smile at you. Oh yes, they also thank you when you check out here for coming to CVS.

When having a choice between Walgreens and CVS - I'll always choose CVS and this is why. Over the years I've found CVS to be a trusted pharmacy with a consist theme in serving their customers and making them a priority. The last few weeks have been overly "non-stop-on-the-go" for me and I've been needing to get my flu shot for some time now but had trouble finding the time. Because I work with the Duke Healthcare system, specifically Duke Hospice patients, it was especially important (albeit required) for me that I get my flu shot ASAP. I could have done better planning and get to the pharmacy earlier but still, Pharmacist Sarah Mc Caughan extended me grace and still went out of her way to administer me my much needed flu shot just before store closing. This speaks volumes. Thank you for not turning me away and thank you for not telling me to come back tomorrow. My immune system thanks you and my sickly patients thank you also!

When he finished his drink, he found his horse had been stolen. He went back into the bar, handily flipped his gun into the air, caught it above his head without even looking and fired a shot into the ceiling. "Which one of you sidewinders stole my horse?!" he yelled with surprising forcefulness. No one answered. "Alright, I'm gonna have another beer, and if my horse ain't back outside by the time I finish, I'm gonna do what I dun in Texas! And I don't like to have to do what I dun in Texas!" Some of the locals shifted restlessly. The man, true to his word, had another beer, walked outside, and his horse has been returned to the post. He saddled up and started to ride out of town. The bartender wandered out of the bar and asked, "Say partner, before you go... what happened in Texas?" The cowboy turned back and said, "I had to walk home."

Because my condition was urgent, I immediately called the pharmacy to let them know to update it to be picked up the same day because I needed it. Despite explaining the situation, my prescription was still scheduled for the following day, and my request to have it filled sooner was never acted on, even after speaking with someone who assured me this would happen. As a result, my condition worsened while I waited for medication. This is not the first issue I've experienced with this pharmacy. The customer service has been consistently poor, with staff often coming across as rude and dismissive. I also requested that an incorrect phone number be removed from my account because someone else has been receiving notifications containing my personal medication information. That request was also ignored. These repeated failures are unacceptable, especially when they involve patient safety and privacy.

I saw that there were none on display, so I asked the manager of the deli section when would the next batch of fried chicken come out. He checked and responded with 20 mins. I guess he saw the sad disappointment in my face and quickly apologized and offered me a sweet deal on the rotisserie chicken in recompense for the inconvenience. I was totally pleased at the suggestion and accepted the offer. We need more managers who are willing to go above and beyond the call of basic customer service to serve their loyal customers. Very happy. Well done young man.

Sorry to use such a terrible word, but I feel that there pretty much a racket of some sort. It set $20 more $25 promotion thing, it's a racket. Most of the prices are fair, but in order for them to recover the $20 or $25 off coupon they really puff up the prices on things like bread and such, so in the end in just one order they recover about $30-$35 to cover the coupon, what a racket. Oh, yell out the country, a racket is a nice name for someone involved in organized crime, yeah Teeter's is a racket. I could go on and on about problems with them, but I must say they got one thing that shines like a supernova, it's their little red truck the delivers the food your house, what a super job those deliveryman and women do. Always on time, always really nice, absolutely honest, not only do they not charge you a tip they will not accept it. If they could just get out of the racket thing, and go more when their little red truck thing, they put other grocery stores out of business. I wish they could understand this, it is so sad. To put it bluntly, can't nobody be Walmart's prices on groceries, Sam Walton would be so proud of them.
