This was easily the worst Brazilian wax I've ever had. For starters, my esthetician did not leave the room for me to get undressed and get on the table. I have never had that happen to me, and made me uncomfortable from the jump. For context, I've been waxing for about 2 years now. This wax hurt more than when I tried sugaring a few months back, which hurt like noooobody's business. My esthetician pulled almost every strip off in two pulls, which prolonged the pain. I've had estheticians sometimes pull strips in two rips if it's a big one, but never EVERY SINGLE ONE. At the end of the wax, she went back and did a few clean up strips AND tweezed. I was confident that she did a good job, even though she didn't offer a mirror to look at her work. As soon as I got into my car, I lifted my dress just to peek. When I tell you PATCHES! I have NEVER had an esthetician miss so. many. hairs. And not like thin, lighter hairs that the wax can't grab. Thick, coarse hairs that definitely could have and should have been removed. I was so disappointed. Not to mention, this is the most expensive Brazilian I've ever had ($62 BEFORE TIP). Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be back.

Sooo, I'm reviewing my experience for my nail tech, KIM. I should start by saying that Kim has been amazing! I wanted to wait to write a review because with nails you want to make sure they don't chip, break, etc. I have been here now 3X's, all my appointments have been with Kim, and my nails have never looked better. She is patient and a perfectionist, where other nail techs are rushing to get you in and out, she takes her time to make sure the job is done correctly. I get dip mani, and usually a regular pedicure. I request her to do both. They last a long time with no breaks, chips, snags, etc. I will say that the prices have gone up. This last time I went I ended up paying more than the previous times and I did not even get a color on my feet. Just a regular pedicure and a dip mani. Not sure if it's a holiday thing, or what, but will need to pay more attention next time. Cute place, clean, and busy. Make an appointment, especially now during the holidays.

My shop before is kind of far away, so figured I give a new spot a try. Based on the reviews this sounded like a great place to go. Numerous reviews stating comfy pedicures that weren't rushed and were relaxing. This was KEY for me. Now, my other shop is a force to be reckoned with so this sounded like the same vibe. Unfortunately, it fell very short for me. The first thing I rarely do is book a pedicure without the amount of time stated on their menu. Which this place did not have, but did state how long the massage would be during the service you picked. We did Vin's pedicure which included an 8 minute massage. Do I feel like I was massaged for 8 minutes? Not really. Not only that, the service was done in 30 minutes. The color I picked was not cleaned up around the edges and my pinky toe had a piece of nail that wasn't even polished. For me, the quality is just not there. Attention to detail was lacking and it's honestly not something I want anyone to fix per se, because it should have already been done in the first place. Last but certainly not least, my feet were so dry when I left. No cuticle oil or anything. For what we paid, I wasn't impressed and would rather spend more for a quality pedi vs a turn and burn pedi. Now the pros: nice massage chairs, complimentary drink and they offer wine as well. The 2nd drink you would have to pay for.

I'm very picky and read reviews on many many places and I'm SO glad I took a chance here! This place blew my home nail salon out of the water and I would gladly and quickly return any chance I get. I got the peppermint pedicure and it was so relaxing and worth the money. My manicure looks incredible I am overjoyed with how it turned out! The attention to detail here is outstanding. Coming here left me feeling so relaxed and so so happy with my fingernails and toes . Thank you so much Vin Nails & Spa you guys are the BEST!!!!!!
