From inside the attic I can see a little bit a water on the pipe so I knew that was the problem. I had called five other roofing companies including JR's. Within 30 minutes I had a callback from Ramon who said that they could replace them the same day. I had another company quote me 2 1/2 times as much. Which was a complete rip off, terrible... I was really happy with JR's pricing and the response. In 45 minutes they were on scene and up on the roof. They brought down the old flashing boots and sure enough they were dry rotted. It was really disappointing that other companies would want to rip somebody off that much. But I would definitely recommend JR's in the future and I know for sure if I had a roofing issue they would be my first call. Thanks to Ramon for being professional and polite. They emailed me the bill and I paid it directly online. It was a great experience. Thanks.

Corley replaced my flat roof more than 5 years ago. It's still fine! The reason I'm writing my…read morereview today is that I was recently reminded me that we need to value and recognize our honest and reliable service providers. Here's why I put Corley into my strongly trusted set of service companies... 3 guys from a DIFFERENT company stopped by saying while working on a neighbor's roof they saw a flashing on my roof that needed to be nailed down. I told them to go ahead and when they came down, they said my chimney cap was cracked and there was a good deal of rotting of the wood frame inside it. They had photos and quoted repair options from $7K to more than 3 times that amount. I called Corley to get their opinion, they came out within a day or two, and they said my chimney cap was 100% fine! It turns out, my chimney from my 100+ year old house doesn't even have a wooden frame inside it. And they pointed out a different problem, a real one -- I had a metal chimney flue and they saw it was rusted/cracked, but that wasn't in their menu of services . So not only did they save me from the fraudsters, but they saved me from potential damage from the damaged flue which I had fixed. And they didn't charge me a dime for this roof check. There was a time also within the first 5 years of my roof that some flashing or something slipped, and I did have a small leak. I called Corley, the roof was still under the 5 year warranty, and they fixed it promptly. So thank you Corley. When I hear people needing a roofer, I refer them to you.

We called another company to examine the problem and they discovered that Corley did not completely seal that area of the roof - causing water to enter under the shingles at the corner of the roof, and therefore into the house. We were told that that work on that side of the roof was not properly performed. The opening corroded creating water damage inside our room and mold. Corley's shoddy work has caused us money and aggravation. We absolutely do not recommend this company!

Not very flexible or accommodating. Seems like they basically hire a crew to do the job. I wasn't happy with the customer service that I received and they will hound you for payment as soon as the job is completed. Unfortunately when dealing with insurance companies you are on their schedule. I have a couple of townhouses that are in need of roof replacement but I am not going to utilize this company. I also had numerous inquiries from neighbors in need of roofs but I'm not recommending their services.

Their presentation was very professional and things were broken down in a very clear and easy to follow manner. Their pricing seems reasonable for the work that they needed to do. Once we approved the work, Piney Orchard Roofing was able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. The work took two days, but that was because of the extreme heat and we needed a lot of panels replaced. After the work was finished, Tony made sure to answer any remaining questions I had and that the work was quality. I will keep folks posted how things look a few years from now, but I would say Piney Orchard Roofing is an A+ company to work with.

There was water running inside my house from my roof deck, but I just had the roof installed by another (not nearly as good company) three years ago. After struggling with that company for the last couple years, I got turned on to Impact Roofing & Construction by the contractor who did my home remodel. Jon came out to take a look, crawled all over trying to find the problem, and then proposed the least expensive and intensive solution. So far, it seems to working. Communication with Jon was also great. He came when they said they would--to my annoyingly crowded Logan Circle neighborhood--and charged me a very small sum. Very appreciative!

(The first time for my roof -you can read that review below). But this time was for a bigger project which was to replace the siding on my 80 year old house and install new gutters. When my old siding came off the wood behind it was so rotten, that B&R practically had to rebuild my house. I suspected that some of the wood might be bad, but when I saw how bad it was, I went into a total panic spiral. I would have gone completely mental if I had anyone but B&R working on my house. There were about 12 men working on my house and they were incredibly skilled- total artisans. They didn't cut any corners. The quality of their work just blew me away. They replaced all the rotten wood and even wood that to me didn't appear rotten. I think that maybe another company would have just nailed siding over some of that because who would know? My house - well - it is totally sealed up tight now. And it looks beautiful. It's not the new siding that makes my house look so good now - but the craftmanship of the work. With the new fascia and trim everything just pops. I went from having the worst house on the block to the nicest. Before the work on my house was even completed my neighbor across the street hired them to do her siding. One thing unique to where I live - which is right next to 495. B & R installed foam board insulation under my siding and not only is my house noticeably warmer now, I can not hear the highway at all!! It's mind blowing. And it is also nice not to hear my furnace cycling on and off all the time either. I'd like to add that everyone thought I was crazy to do this project because I own a 24 year old car that breaks down all the time and my family and friends all felt I should replace my car instead. But I never trusted the roof and gutters and siding on my house before and now I do. It's much better to have a reliable house then a reliable car. I feel very secure here now and that is a good feeling. And I know I would not feel this way if I had used anyone else but Byron and his incredible, incredible team.
