My son and I had booked this room specifically because it included a pull-out couch for him to sleep on. However, upon attempting to use it, we found it in an utterly unsanitary condition. The mattress had an overwhelming odor, visible stains, a hairball, and even dead bugs. It was completely unusable and made the entire room smell unpleasant. I've attached photos for reference. We immediately requested a room change, but were told the hotel was fully booked. Additionally, we were informed that management wouldn't be available until Monday--the day of our checkout--leaving us without any proper resolution during our stay. There were bed bugs on the bed and we were horribly treated when we tried to talk to an older lady at the desk about it. The room isn't very handicap friendly, it is really far from the elevator and the bathroom is not very handicap accessible, my mom is disabled and can't get in the tub even with bars. read more

One and a half stars is generous for this horrible place. First of all, it says "Breakfast included" which is pretty much false advertising because it consisted of an empty coffee pot and a near empty basket of granola bars. The rooms have NO utensils, cups, forks etc., even though it is a kitchenette! And the staff was stoned (could smell it from the back room) and was the rudest, most careless front desk i've ever seen. Oh and i have a degree in Hotel administration! I stayed at this hotel for more than 4 years. I expected to be there a few weeks but rent prices went up and I got injured in a car accident so I stayed much longer than I expected. When I moved in, it was about 25% smoking and they were all lumped together. I had no problem with that. They kept those people on the 4th floor and far away from me. I had horrible allergies. Then, after a year, they said they were becoming 100% non-smoking. That was code to come on in and smoke as much as you like. They were smoking drugs, cigarettes, etc. I have witnessed it with my own eyes, seeing the air filters and sprinklers wrapped up. I believe they say they are 100% non-smoking to get a break on their insurance. But they keep taking down signs that were agreed by other managers to keep up. It's a mess. I still live there but am trying to get out. My health is up and down so I am not able to move at the present time but I have been fighting with management ever since about the horrid smells. They agree to do things and lie about it. Don't go here. On top of that, they leave trash in the trash room all weekend and it stinks to high heaven. The laundry room has had three of their 6 dryers broken for more than 2 months and the manager keeps refusing to turn in a claim to get them fixed. They hire females for the night shift and they aren't allowed to come from out behind their desk because it could be potentially dangerous. Don't stay here. If I could give 0 stars I would. DON'T GO THERE. It's dirty, unsafe and worth maybe 20$/night. Worst 'hotel' experience ever. It stinks everywhere, the room was so dirty, I had to buy my own cleaning products and did it myself after they couldn't manage to clean right. housekeeping comes only every 14 days which is a joke. nasty stains everywhere that come off when cleaned right. they promised to shampoo the extra nasty carpet but never did. have to change the sheets yourself, have to bring your old towels to the front desk and ask for new ones - worse than in any camping place! most of the people that stay here look dirty and dangerous to say the least, addicts of some sort for sure. Police was here one night with 5 cars, who knows what happened in this shelter. you hear people scream and rumble. one front desk girl is very rude on top of all of this. oh and the so called full breakfast is coffee, packed dry oatmeal with hot water, packed small muffins and nutri grain bars. not even cold water, nothing else. and again dirt and stank all over the place. Customer service was horrible. Rooms, hotel in itself was great. It was the customer service. I called before i went and asked what kind of coffee amenities they had. I was told they had small coffee pots. I just needed coffee and small filters. When I arrived, they didnt have one but would look and let me know. After a bit, I went and purchased my own. Never heard a thing. My last night, i lost my cell phone. I tried calling long distance via the instructions on the phone. It didnt work. I went to the front desk the lady came out. I asked her to put my card in so I could make phone calls. She didnt know how and told me her manager could help me in the morning but the calls were three dollars. I asked for a phone book. They didnt have one or offer to find me a local number. There was never any one at the counter. read more

The worst hotel ever!!! If only there is no star or zero, I would put zero!! We stayed here last 9/25. As we checked in at the front desk around 11 at night, the receptionist looks off, seems like she's on high, she was getting drowsy while talking to my sister in law. And there were two people waiting for her. Maybe to go out and get on high again? And it took a while before we get our room keys. And the worst part, she gave us two rooms in 2nd floor and 1 room in 4th floor. We're wondering why they can't give us rooms in one floor since we were booked in advanced. Lastly, the very worst part, I have an infant where I layed him on the bed, opened the blanket and disgusted when I saw the bedsheet and linens were not changed. So filthy!! There were a lot of hairs. I believe it's leg hairs and some are pubic hair. It's gross! This is not safe for us. And it is not acceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all! read more

We booked a few nights through Expedia, as our home is undergoing some demo work. We opened our room, and it's seen better days. It's very grimy and despite the web saying it's a fully equipped kitchen, there are no dishes or cutlery. Other hotels I've stayed at would have cutlery and cookware already in the room, along with basic amenities like dish soap, paper towels, or dishwasher tabs. The bathroom was older than me, and the towels were stained (a light tan color) and dirty, but folded. The two roach bait looking things (see my pic) are apparently security devices, according to the front desk. I do not think this place is safe if there are security issues. Either way, it is gross and both me and my family walked out after 15 minutes smelling of cigarette smoke! I have never heard of Extended Stay America before, and I honestly don't know how a place like this can be allowed to charge people and have guests! We will try to stay at a brand name hotel like the Hilton or Marriot in Bellevue instead, even though it is a little further south. I'm from Japan, and this was a shock to see! read more

Bathroom sliding door was off the rail. Hard time opening and closing it. Sink kept getting clogged. Tub drained horribly leaving you standing in water and felt like it was going to break sending me to the floor beneath us. Only coffee provided in the morning and vending machines. Furniture was extremely old. They only put 2 big towels when I reserved for 3 adults. My mom had to sleep on the couch because the bed was too high for her. This is by far the worst hotel (if you can call it a hotel) I've ever visited. When I arrived, the lady at check-in told me my reservation was cancelled and basically blamed me for it, yelling back at me when I told her I never received a cancellation email. I should have run away at that point, but I waited for 30 minutes while she attempted to check me in. It never worked. She gave me a room key but never went through a check-in process with me. As a result, I was never explained how processes worked at the hotel. For example, no one told me that I must request dishes by a certain time or I'm out of luck until the next day, or what breakfast (or rather excuse for a breakfast) would be served. Further, the internet never worked. Each time I asked about the internet, like with the cancellation email, the lady yelled at me that it wasn't her fault, she didn't have an ETA when it would be fixed, and she couldn't do anything about it. I'm also not sure why they say they have a "fitness facility" when there are 2 cardio machines. I will never stay at this hotel again and have shared this terrible experience with any co-worker attempting to find a place to stay in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Why did I just get asked to leave my room? Because JESSICA behind the desk was being asked to do her job..? I'm guessing the manager just gets told what to do because when he came with her to my door to make sure we were leaving, it was obvious he had no clue why. When I told him that we were not intending on switching rooms, just payment methods, the blank stare and the "that's okay" that ensued told me that he was clearly misled. Wielding the small amount of power that you have just because you get a taste of it and can't let go is not a good excuse for poor judgement. BE WARE!!!!! Take photos before you leave this hotel. They're running a scam. I stayed 6 nights at this hotel and my room wasn't cleaned once. Yet when I checked out the charged me a 82 dollar cleaning fee. Which was not warranted. My room was not left in a disarray. I did not deserve this fee. Never, ever again will we stay here. I've stayed at extended stays in the past just due to convenience. Did the same this time when we had a family tragedy, mostly because this one as a mile from my family's house. The hallways SMELL. Either like death or old maple syrup at ALL TIMES. Our first room had a clogged toilet and the front desk handed my son a plunger when he went down to tell them. He tried and couldn't get it fixed. They begrudgingly moved our room, but we're weirdly adamant about getting the paper sleeve that holds the room keys back. Literally made me walk back to the room to get it and give it to them. Both rooms were not clean or sanitized. I could visibly see old hair and dust on the floor. Hair in the shower is a visible sign that it was not cleaned properly. At least the bedding was clean. But there was no hair dryer in the room. Apparently, you have to beg the front desk for any amenities like a hair dryer or dishes for the kitchen...the things that state online will be in the room. Their grab and go bfast consists of old stale muffins and granola bars. The coffee was fine but don't expect any creamer for that coffee! And the element hanging out outside the hotel lobby was sketchy. When I first pulled up a woman came out trying to sell me a car seat. Wtf?! Every time we came back after that there were new and more interesting characters milling about giving my son and I dirty looks. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

My family booked this hotel for us through Expedia. We flew all the way from California to stay for the weekend. Upon arrival we could tell this was going to be a bad experience just by the look of the lobby. The woman behind the desk was very nice but she told us that they were over booked and even said "i wish i had something better for you than room 319". We head on up to 319 and it looked like a motel in a drug movie. Burns and mold on the "kitchen" counter, dust everywhere, grease and finger prints on the headboard,the list goes on and on. I wouldn't be surprised if there was fentanyl residue everywhere. We booked the extended stay is because we have a 6 month old daughter. My wife pumps breastmilk and we needed the larger fridge to store the extra milk /and supplies for our baby: There was no way that i could let my wife and daughter sit down in here, let alone sleep her. We checked out within 10 minutes. We were able to get a room at a hotel literally 3 minutes away with much better accommodations. read more

This is an ok hotel for the price. I have stayed here many times while traveling for work. The hotel has some issues when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. For example, in the room I am in right now, the desk has a broken leg, there is a large stain on the carpet and the closet doors are missing. There is another Extended Stay hotel in Bothell on the other side of the 405 freeway that is in better shape. The rooms are a little smaller at the other place, so there is a trade off. If you are looking for a low rate, check out Priceline. I've found that you can get a room here for about $40-$50 depending on the night, which is a decent savings off the $70 typical room rate. The Extended Stay across the street has similar rates. read more

This is the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked 2 rooms, when I arrived they checked us in, we went to our rooms to find they were not clean, dirty gross dishes everywhere. We got 2 other rooms, they had windows opened in both for obvious reasons, they both smelled horrible. I would have left but their policy is that I would not get a refund. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was noisy until after midnight with people in the hallway, going room to room. I was going to cook in the kitchen, but after the smell and how gross it is, it turned me off, we went out to eat. They do not supply coffee, no breakfast, no amenities but still is the same price as other hotels in the area. There is a note in the room saying that on extended stay, during COVID, they will only clean the rooms every 2 weeks, this is disgusting! No wonder the rooms are dirty and smelly. I stayed here along with my 4 other friends to spend the weekend. We stayed in a room with 2 queen bed and a pull out bed. I honestly do not think where I will start my review. My only main advise, please stay somewhere else!!! PROS: -free light breakfast in the lobby ** that is it *** CONS: - pull out bed have BAD BUGS, used Q tip and dust - no towels in the room so we had to ask for towels in the lobby -speaking of the lobby, NO ONE is in the lobby! It was damn loud! _Speaking of loud, I can clearly hear people walking and talking in the stank hallway as well as hear that squeaky noise from their one-and-only broken bellman cart. _Oh yea about the bellman cart, if you lay your luggage perpendicular to the cart you will not get through the door. We squeezed our way through the first door but the 2nd door didn't budge. So we removed everything, rearranged our load, and finally made it to the elevator. What a pain though, not just for us but also for the people who patiently waited to get out. _The "Grab-and-Go" area was ransacked by several large families with kids. The kids acted like animals budging their way through to get the last of what was left. Green apples, creamers, sugars, and a few packets of oatmeal were left behind. Some picked up the oatmeal but put it back down because the G&G area was also out of hot water... and cups, and coffee, and the other coffee, and of course the rest of the snacks. A little surprised at all the bad reviews. It's not luxury for sure, but it was fine. When I couldn't stand the noise from the construction at my condo any longer I packed a bag and headed here to stay for a few days. It was pretty quiet (especially compared to my place at the time) and clean. The staff at the front desk was great. The gal who checked me in was super nice and just the kind of person you want to be greeted by. I work nights, so I don't wake up in time for the breakfast. It has the full kitchen, but doesn't come stocked with plates, silverware, etc. unless you request it. It's really nice to have a full sized fridge either way though! Oh I will say the towels were TERRIBLE. I was tempted to go home and grab a couple back. It's not a 4 star hotel but that'll do donkey, that'll do. read more

Horrible place to stay if your a non smoker. I bookWe a non smoking room and received a smoking room. (How in the world there are still hotels that allow smoking in the hotel is crazy!) I thought It would be ok as it seemed to be a very clean hotel & we were only staying 1 night. As soon as we entered the 3rd floor it hit us in the face we all immediately covered out faces/noses with our shirts running now toward our room. As soon as we entered the room It was a bit better. The kids still complaining of course. It was hot the window was open. I closed The non screened window and turned on the air. As soon as I turned On the air we were blasted in the face yet again with the smell of URINE! I went right down to the desk asking for a room change and they did not have anything available here or at there sister hotel. I looked For surrounding hotels and there was also nothing available or with in our price range. The guy behind the desk was very nice and gave my fabreeze. I used 90% of the bottle and it didnt touch the smell. As there was nothing we could do we left for the evening stayed out as late as we could with 3 kids. We did stay through the night only because we had no other option. Positive parts of the hotel. Pool and sorta comfortable beds. Now I wasnt Going to write this lengthy of a review or give 1 star but I've had over 4/5 calls into the manager and NO calls back. I only wanted a voucher before now I want My money back. I will Start calling each hour of the day if I have to. The hide-a-bed was much more comfy than the queen bed in the room. (put the hide-a-bed mattress on the bed and you'll be fine No one at the front desk between 11 PM + 7 AM If you want new towels, you'll be picking them up at the front desk. I stayed here for two weeks when I relocated to Seattle. It's basic, but clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and centrally located to a lot of places. The kitchen was basic but complete, with a full sized fridge. The bed was comfy. I don't think I ever sat on the couch, but it looked like a typical hotel couch. This hotel is located on the edge of a large commercial/industrial park that clears out in the evening. It's a great location for folks who like to run or bike after work, also close to the Interurban Trail. read more

I written management several times here- I have been staying at extended stay for over a year and a half - your site here in Bothell WA has "bumped" my room services now over 2 dozen times. I am a spinal patient going through hospital procedures and hospitalizations over this entire time and have spoken to staff about your other property which seems to have none of these issues- when I brought it to the managers attention, they seemed to act as if it wasn't their concern and that I somehow shouldn't be upset about your services here. I have never been offered compensation, you've had electrical issues here with your power problems which I understand are now 'corrected" as I spoke to the guys working on the utility boxes and your water problems here- I've asked several times over the last year my room have a complete cleaning- not just the 10 minutes once a week to do the bare minimum. I am going to strongly recommend to the Northwest Spinal Center that they do not have patients stay here due to your complete lack of care for your patrons staying long term. We are the first to be "bumped" so that your staff can prepare the single night stays and ready those rooms for re-occupancy. It's wrong to subject your most loyal clients to this type mismanagement and carelessness. Telling a client that it's not the hotels fault maybe would work once or twice- but 2 dozen times is just an outrage and shows how little you think of our comfort and the cleanliness of your property. I have complained several tomes about the air filter in here as well as the carpets being so dirty it has ruined all my white socks. It's gross. My feet are black when I walk out from the shower after stepping on these carpets. I got a fungal skin infection because of it. Even the most basic items like hot coffee or sugar are always lacking if available at all. The cellular coverage here is also poor as well as internet speeds that when paying for high speed service is no different than your regular internet. I've had the window of my car broken here and paid for a new one and I have seen at all your properties police issues with vagrants and drug users on your properties throughout my stay at all your properties- I have never been offered compensation for any of these issues but you can bet your last button that when it comes time to pay- your people are right on it- this shows a complete lack of concern for anyone staying here well being or any type of follow up to ongoing problems. If I don't see you offering a solution to me- I believe a good dose of yelp and other formats to tell people before they come here what to expect are in order. read more

Extended Stay? Not us. We checked out early. Our room was tidy, but small and not well-appointed, especially for a hotel catering to business travelers. The tiny kitchen came with one dish rag, but no plates, utensils or other cooking supplies, or even a sponge and dish soap. Some of these basic 'extended stay' supplies are purportedly available from the front desk, but we had to beg for them. Upon check in, the desk clerk promised to deliver these supplies to our room, but after 2 reminder calls, told us she was alone and could not deliver them. (Not the clerk's fault; shame on you, Extended Stay America, for staffing your hotel so sparsely!) I came down, upon which the clerk hastily took me into a poorly stocked supply room to grab a few dishes and utensils. Although coffee makers are purportedly available, she had none to offer me. Now to the room itself: It's inadequate for a business traveler. While described as a 'suite,' the room had only a love seat, and a small desk/table with one chair. When's the last time your hotel room had no USB ports? They are a must these days for any traveler, especially on business. None were to be found in our room. When's the last time your hotel room lacked a hair dryer? Welcome to Extended Stay America. When's the last time you stayed in a hotel with NO ICE MACHINE? Anywhere on the property? What the...? What is your expectation when it comes to a hotel grab-and-go breakfast? Extended Stay America offered us coffee, powdered oatmeal, and stale muffins. Not a hint of fresh fruit. Perhaps all this would be excusable for a budget roadside motel, but Extended Stay America charged over $600 for 4 nights. Certainly travelers can and do pay more, but for that price we definitely expected more. read more

The Brothel in Bothell I got this room at the last minute on Hotwire as a place to stay during a recent road trip. We checked in at midnight and went up to our room. The room looked nice...updated decor, TV with DVD player, full kitchen. The sink was separated by a door from the shower in the bathroom (always a bonus in my book). The problem was it smelled like a porn shop. Not a nice "for couples" type with understated lighting. It smelled like the porn shop with the dark windows and arcade in the back. The deep recesses of my mind have always acknowledged that I am not the first to have, ahem, relations in any hotel room; but I really didn't care to be constantly reminded of the fact. Under other circumstances, I would have been in the lobby complaining obnoxiously, but we were tired, so we decided to just head for bed. Fully clothed. The next morning, we went down to check out the pool. Being the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, we were hoping it wouldn't be too busy to enjoy a dip before hitting the road again. It wasn't busy at all, it was closed. When I called the front desk to see if they were opening it, she answered "I don't know, I just got back from vacation, I think it's scheduled to open tomorrow." Why open the pool on the Tuesday AFTER summer's first 3-day weekend? Also, employees should know what's going on with the hotel or offer to find out instead of offering excuses for ignorance. When we got back to our room, we discovered the bathroom sink not only dangerously close to overflowing (despite not having turned it on since brushing our teeth the night before), but filled with the nasty hair clippings of someone else's shave. I been less grossed out after being the last to use the bathroom in hippie youth co-op hostels in Europe. I gave this place two stars because a) it didn't break the bank, b) It was easy to find off the highway, c) the continental breakfast was more than adequate and constantly being replenished by the lady working there and d) I never complained to any staff about the problems (other than the pool) so I don't know what they would have done to fix it; I feel they should have been given the opportunity to do so before giving them a poor rating. (but really, what could they have done? "yes Ms. B, we're very sorry your room smells the way it does. We've asked Trixie repeatedly to avoid acrobatics...it's very hard to remove that stuff from the ceiling and curtains you know...) To be fair, the major problems were probably specific to the room I was staying in, or maybe just a few of the rooms. Sarah at the front desk decided my card wasn't acceptable since it's a little beat up and me being african american didn't help. I called priceline to reverse it so I could get my money back but not until the next business day since it's sunday! Couldn't make an exception Sarah? Really?! I think she was lazy and I interrupted her break or something. Didn't come off as friendly and did not smile. Quit your job if u hate it that bad and work on hiding your prejudice towards people of color! I recommend everyone steer clear of this woman, she made me feel unwelcome and is a poor representative for your company. read more

Based upon an 18 month residency are some preliminary conclusions which though based in fact, are of necessity for legal reasons, of my opinion exclusively. Extended Stay America, Inc. and related hotels strives to project a "family" orientated public facade. The hotel staff did a wonderful job of preventing prostitutes and other criminals from renting rooms at the Extended Stay America located in Bothell, WA through their DNR (Do Not Rent) screening process. The multi-volume three ring binders, kept out of sight under the front desk, were evidence of the constant barrage of undesirables drawn by the low rates obtained through Hotwire and related online services Although the staff and service at this location were excellent (by far), newly implemented corporate policies will preclude my ever returning to any Extended Stay Hotels or related operations. The following description, tells the story of the new corporate approach to building guest goodwill and public image: For over ten years, the Extended Stay America family of hotels offered a long term rental rate program to clientele covering a variety of industry sectors. These groups included [a surprisingly large number] of Russian engineers employed by Boeing, FEMA staff, Key Bank service personnel and private individuals. This program for individuals was abruptly discontinued in April 2012 forcing families out. Although the principle of maximization of shareholder wealth is commonly accepted, the practical eviction of many families by an 80% increase (from ~$1,000/mo to ~$1,800/mo) in long term room rates (LTR Program) over a two month period was truly cruel. Many households, who through the LTR Program provided coverage of ESA locations' fixed costs in slack periods, had come to call ESA their home, found themselves after years of residency, having to IMMEDIATELY find new housing in a period of tight rental markets. Having met the newly appointed ESA CEO, Mr. Jim Donald (the ex-CEO of Starbucks), during a filming of ESA training videos here in Bothell, WA, I find it hard to believe that he was aware of the hardship the total elimination of the LTR program by ESA corporate financial management inflicted on those loyal ESA guests. I would expect that the elimination of the Long-Term Rate Program will not marginally increase ESA revenues on an annual basis and in fact, I predict, will decrease revenues due to the practice of giving "distress (less than $30/night)" rental rates through online discount brokers to fill vacancies at the last minute. Finally the tainting of its reputation, by publicizing in the media, the economic eviction of LTR Program guests, though not precisely quantifiable, will over the long run further decrease revenues. Seeing the effects on families being economically evicted by new corporate policies, has been a terrible conclusion to an otherwise excellent experience. read more

Agree with some other Yelpettes, it was a good experience for the money. We (and pets, reasonable extra charge) stayed last fall for 9 days while waiting for our new house to close. Among the good stuff: full sized fridge, quiet, clean, friendly, helpful staff, central location, an okay restaurant w/i walking distance. And unlike ESA West, not subject to the traffic nightmare on 128th. Large, bright day room for us to hang and work during the day, lots of tables & chairs (ESA West does not have one; BIG thanks to the desk clerk there for sending us to ESA CP when she heard how long we were staying and that we work mostly from home), good Wi-Fi. Good laundry facilities (DIY), we brought our own detergent. Maid service was an extra charge, but who needs it when you can just bring your used towels (more on them next) down to the desk and get fresh ones. Downside: as another Yelpette mentioned, the towels are quite wanting, more like oversized, paper thin washcloths than bath towels. Not a big deal, they give you as many as you want and you can change them often, (or bring your own). My biggest annoyance/disappointment was this: The clerk at ESA West told me that if I went online and joined their club we'd get a pre-tax discount of 15% (I believe that was the amount). So I joined the club. At checkout the clerk told me I had made my reservations with the wrong code (or some such shop jargon--guess I should have attended a few staff meetings so I wouldn't have made such an error) so we were not eligible, could only get a $50 discount (our bill was over $1,000). Quite annoying, and a bit disingenuous. What was maddening was that the manager was standing only a few feet away, he could not help but have overheard, and said nothing. Do not stay here. We are cutting our stay here after one night. It smelled like mildew and all the folks who have stayed in this room. The previous guest snot rocked on the shower curtain..there was some sort of brownish goo on the phone...it did not work thank goodness we have cell phones.The walls in bathroom were bubbled up with water. The bed was like a bed of wires.. when my husband went down to the lobby this morning a man with his family angrily checked out with his family, he had small children. His room had drugs in it, which he slammed on the counter.. the other guests were wandering around some were clearly not all the way present..Be aware, this is a place we're people come to do drugs. Not safe! Your better off sleeping in your car. The man who checked us out did accommodate us checking out early and stated he would refund the rest of our stay. read more

I don't know where to begin with how awful my stay here was. I stayed for 2 & 1/2 months on business and it was awful. The general manager left before I checked out, pretty sure she quit because she was put in a position of having to work overtime a lot. The new manager, Desiree came on and under her management my personal credit card was charged. My company was paying for the stay... but the staff was too incompetent to look for the proper room reservation/card info. The housekeepers threw out my suitcase that was in the kitchen. When bringing these things to the attention of the staff (Tiona) she asked why the company didn't pay the bill on time & asked why I didnt report my bag missing. Are you kidding me? That was probably the almost offensive thing to me that she did not take any initiative to understand the timeline, etc. her way of dealing with me was to have me write down my problem on a post it note and she would "give it to her manager" she also said she "didn't know how to do the payments" she wasn't the only employee at the front desk to say that . Danielle , Fair, tiona, Kaitlyn, Desiree , Marbella I could be getting some names wrong but the point is they are either not trained, not thorough or overworked. I provided a bad survey indicating my frustration over everything. Extended stay CLEARLY saw it and sent the my info to their claims / third party admin. To resolve the bag loss. I still have not heard from desiree to express my concerns. I'll continue to leave more details about my terrible stay here every day until Desiree calls me or her manager at this point. AVOID this place like the plague and you won't be sorry. Go spend your money somewhere else !!! read more
