I took a lot more photos, but for some reason, Yelp is not allowing me to upload them. Stayed here August 2023. The room was a good size with a king bed, desk, TV and closet. Good toiletries. Can hear people's doors slamming all down the hall with the door closed. Heard conversations as clear as day from the rooms next to me. Toilet is low to the ground so if you're over 5'5" be prepared to stoop. Nice lighting in the room. Bit of a learning curve finding all the switches to get the lights on. Giant parking garage that they don't allow you to use. $35/night valet parking only. Food in their one restaurant was OK. Had breakfast there two days. Pricey and not hearty.

I got a room here as there was a promo which made the $34/day parking a bit more palatable. $34/day valet parking (only option) is pretty outrageous for a non downtown core area. We are talking Redmond, not downtown Seattle. As it is part of the Redmond Town Center complex, there is no overnight street parking in the immediate area. The service is good with friendly staff. My room was pretty nice with blackout curtains. Somehow the fitted bedsheet kept popping up, so that was annoying. Another thing which caught me by surprise was the $2 charge for the bottled water. No complimentary bottled water here. Bring your own bottle before checking in. There are no convenience or grocery stores in the complex. I do like the toiletries provided as thiswork brand is nice. The pillow spray for a good night sleep is a nice touch. There is a 24 hour gym and an outdoor pool. As it is part of the mall complex, you can walk out to catch a movie or have a drink or meal at the many restaurants and cafes. There are some shops too if shopping is your jam.

Had a wedding to go to up in Woodinville and my usual hotel in Lynnwood was way too expensive for how much I would ever be willing to pay for it. Looked through all the different Marriotts in the area and the Marriott in Redmond was the only one that had a fairly cheap rate. Never stayed in Redmond before, so I was down to try something new. Booked a standard king bed room, but we weren't able to get an upgrade as there are only three suites in the entire hotel and we were told they were being occupied by long-term stays. In any case, the standard room was nice. I'm used to Courtyards, so staying in a regular Marriott was a definitely a little step above. Room was smaller than a Courtyard, but it was very comfortable and clean. Had a huge TV and a nice chair to watch it from. Also had a place for a built-in desk for me to work in. Lastly, I was a fan of the walk-in shower. Staff here were really friendly. Check-in was quick as I had already checked in on the app. They also handled my requests for extra towels and soap super quickly. There was a bit of a small pool outside, but I didn't bother using it. Location is fantastic as it's literally right next to Redmond Town Center and a lot of other places, such as Molly Moon's and QFC. It was great to have scooters around to be able to go around as well. Overall, I was really impressed by my stay here. Definitely would not mind staying here again!

Lousy excuse for a duvet cover. Why is it so open like this.

Update: finished my stay. Housekeeping never once came. Never took the trash out. Never refreshed water bottles. All things they said they would do. Management response is a copy paste from previous posts. Clearly no effort is being taken to actually deal with housekeeping or other issues. Especially since I was still there and nothing changed. No offers to compensate or attempt to make things right. Obviously management doesn't care about maintaining business relationships and I will be avoiding as well as suggesting to coworkers to avoid this hotel as well.

Dirty glass left behind on the balcony.

The Pros: The hotel lobby is beautiful and the Redmond Town Center is a great location. They also have complimentary coffee in the lobby early in the morning. The Cons: They lack in the hygiene department and doing the right thing for their customers/guests. I stayed here 2 nights first week of August 2021. I have not traveled since Covid for obvious reasons however decided to treat ourselves. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. WiFi is free for Members. Check in was the easy part. After driving for 7 hours to get to this hotel we get to our room. Nice Room with a balcony from my first impression. I began to Lysol and wipe down areas as a precaution. I started with the console below the tv. It had cup stains from maybe coffee? Ok no big deal I thought I will wipe it down not knowing this was just the beginning. I opened up the sliding door that leads to the balcony. I immediately saw a dirty glass someone left behind including cigarette butts on the ground. I continued to the closet and noticed dust and I wiped it down and pubic hair was also on the wipe. Last straw is I go the the restroom and the toilet was clean but the shower floor was disgusting! All kinds of hair and grime! I went to the lobby and asked to see another room and explained the situation. They apologized and gave me a new room. I went in and the same thing, dust, hair in the shower, jam drippings on the console under the tv. I went back again, this time the employee came up with me. Another dirty room, this one had dirty towels hanging in the closet and the shampoo bottles tipped over in the shower & also food stains on the console and dust on the floor. He said it was unacceptable that because of Covid they are short staffed with their housekeeping and that they don't have anyone after 5pm. By this time I had spent 2 hours cleaning and trying to get a clean room after driving 7 hours to relax on our vacation! I was told the hotel could not do anything for me because I had paid Expedia and not them directly. At this point the Hotel should've stepped up and done the legwork of finding a clean room. They only showed me rooms on the second floor for some reason and I don't know if it had to do with maybe rooms reserved with Expedia. Either way they were going to get paid through Expedia. THEY SHOULD'VE DONE THE RIGHT THING! ALL I WAS ASKING FOR WAS A CLEAN ROOM WHICH I PAID FOR WHICH COMES STANDARD WITH EVERY ROOM. They said all they could do was give me a breakfast voucher for my family. Which by the way was appreciated but they wrote on the card that I could only come between 6:30 am to 7:30 am to eat. Seriously after what we had been through. We ended up staying because I had already cleaned and disinfected and because we had booked a non refundable stay. This is the first and last time I book a non refundable room with Expedia. It just means if you change your dates or something happens that you cannot show up you can't get your money back. Just because it's not refundable does not mean it's acceptable to have your customers stay in a dirty room. The problem here is that the hotel lacks in the cleanliness department and as a guest I should not have to do their employees job! I understand the short staffed situation, that being said they shouldn't be open for business if they can't provide the basics. Oh I almost forgot, the following morning we had a trail of ants that came in through the bottom of the balcony screen door! I have tried to get my money back from Expedia and the hotel, they each blame each other. The latest is that I am being penalized by the hotel according to Expedia so they will not return my money. Penalized for what? For cleaning their dirty rooms? And the other story is that I made a deal to accept a breakfast voucher from them the hotel. Seriously what deal? They said they couldn't give me a refund because I paid Expedia so they offered breakfast as an apology for the inconvenience. Unbelievable!!!!! This has been the worst experience with Marriott and Expedia.. I received a generic letter from their general manager Emma Bulalacao-Brooks regarding my stay and that the cleanliness of their hotel is a top priority. They were just words. Upon further investigation it's practically the same letter she sent other dissatisfied customers who had shared their similar experience as I. It's apparent they didn't do anything to fix this situation. Had I known, I would not have chosen to stay here. Their page says they are committed to cleaning and to travel with confidence during COVID. They obviously fell short in this department. They have lost a customer!

It's right in Redmond Town Center, so everything like shops, restaurants, Marymoor Park is just a walk or short drive away. My room was styled beautifully, with plush five‑star bedding (I wanted this bed for myself!), Nespresso coffee, and cozy Frette bathrobes, my favorite LATHER shampoo. There were daily locally curated treats, a welcome gift of wine, salted caramels, water, and "playful" slippers tucked by the bed. AKB, the hotel bar, is lively and fun crafted cocktails, shareable snacks, a patio, and even shuffleboard. Amenities are strong. There's a 24/7 fitness studio with a Peloton bike, an indoor pool, and a 24/7 market for snacks or last-minute needs. The hotel leans into sustainability in thoughtful ways: EV charging, natural LATHER bath products, and eco‑friendly practices throughout. Service was very sincere and warm!! Felt so special on my bday they even set up a charcuterie board for me. What a sweet surprise. Things to consider:There's a $15 overnight parking fee, which feels a bit steep if you're just dropping in for a short stay. But I think it's worth it if you'd like to keep your car out and away from the public. If you're looking for a boutique stay with character and thoughtful design on Seattle's Eastside, Archer Hotel Redmond is an excellent choice. It's perfect for business travelers, couples, or anyone wanting to slow down and enjoy modern comfort in a walkable, upscale neighborhood. I will be coming back and keeping you in mind when I visit again Archer!!

The location was perfect too with a patio but, unfortunately with the wet & windy weather we didn't go out. We hosted our dad's 85th birthday here December 20, 2025 in the Anderson Ballroom. Matt was so friendly, accommodating and just pleasant to deal with. He gave us menus, options that were clear and answered our questions fast. When we met in person, we knew this was the spot not just for the view and ballroom but, by Matt's personality and smile. Keisha also was great with our block of rooms for our family. It was the 1st time our family was complete in over 10 years so this was really memorable for us. The Christmas decorations, the tree, the centerpieces and the FOOD. Everyone is still raving about how excellent the venue and party was. We checked in for the weekend and were greeted with a smile and ALOHA from Shawn. He always asked if our family needed anything or what he can do to make our stay better. Truly appreciated that. The chai tea latte was a hit. Never had that option at a venue before but it was the perfect touch for the cold weather. The staff during the event were awesome. So friendly, so attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Appreciate you all. Friends were even asking for more information to host a future wedding and event there...I gladly gave them Matt's contact information. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The lobby of the Anderson Ballroom was perfect for our family portraits as well. The location was key to many restaurants, bars within walking distance as well. And, family even hopped on the light rail to do some last minute shopping at Bellevue Square. I can't thank you enough, Matt, Keisha, Shawn, Kelly and the rest of the catering and hotel staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Redmond. We will definitely be referring and sharing our experiences with others who are looking for a fantastic venue to create an unforgettable memory to last forever. God Bless You all.8

Giant lobby with a side section with high ceiling and lots of windows - lovely for getting some work done, maybe, on your laptop (as someone was). The event, Women's Day Out, was on the second floor. It was a ticketed event. There were a couple of levels of tickets and you could be a "VIP" and get a swag bag (I was not a VIP lol). After browsing the vendors at the event though I wonder if the swag bag mostly included coupons to use their services vs "free stuff." That was the main offering at the vendor tables - not so much "free stuff" as invites to try out their services at a later date. One spot was doing it "right" imo - was @onceuponaspa. They offered cute stickers for your nails and a cute mini nail file with a card explaining who they were. It was the perfect amount of "freebie" to allow us to witness their work (watching them put on the stickers) and to learn more about them - thus inspiring a return visit. Point is, almost no free samples. Just expected more of those at an event I paid to enter. Most generous offer came from @europeanwaxcenter who gave free eyebrow waxes. Thank you! As for the space, pretty cool for this type of thing, only a tiny bit cramped, would have liked the "vibe"/ambience to be a tad more "spa" - it was pretty business like; the lovely patio was hardly in use; a floral photo op was set very far away from everything else, etc. Also no complimentary refreshments - just water - really?! Ok yes my review has a theme. What I enjoyed was meeting new people, especially artists just starting out trying to make a living from their art. This could be a great networking event for an event organizer, for instance. Lots of great products from local creatives. @catchingfeelings (find them on Etsy!) very creative aesthetic sculpture; #StudioGhibli fans - check it out. @winnie+shine (a must if you have a Frenchie); extremely talented and professional - offered a gift w/ purchase. @revsravishingchocolates gorgeous artisanal custom chocolate for personal and corporate gifting @downtoearthpaper lovely artist saving the world one recycled paper notebook at a time; also stickers. @savialux skincare that smells REALLY GOOD. The hotel is located very conveniently in Redmond not far from the Town Center, and with parking available. Parking was crowded, yet I saw free spaces each time I was in the parking lot, which was great. I would totally stay at this hotel. @ontheeastsideevents @YelpWashington

Quality/Quantity: The hotel itself is clean, nice, and well designed. They offer breakfast with your stay and have really good food. We were impressed at the variety. The one issue we had that resulted in the loss of a star was the mattress of the couch bed. As you'll see in the photos there are several stains which at first grossed me out. My wife reminded me that all mattresses likely have similar stains. However those mattresses are already made so you can't see it so it is out of sight out of mind. Knowing the stains did make me feel a bit uneasy. Easy solution to this would be for the hotel to ensure that the couch bed is already made up so when pulled out no stains are visible. Value: The pricing was pretty fair considering what a nice area it was. We stayed 6 nights for about $2,000. Overall: The location is the best thing about this hotel. 1 minute walk to the Redmond Town Center which is full of so many restaurants and stores. My usual hotel is the Marriott located right alongside however for this work trip, my team voted to stay at the Residence as they wanted a more "extended stay" feel with a kitchenette included in the rooms. I booked a queen studio, and I was taken back by how large the room was, loved the bathroom setup, and have to admit, having the kitchenette was a game changer. They also offer free continental breakfast every morning from 6:30-9 (although I never made it down in time) I did hear from my colleagues that it was actually really good! The front desk staff was friendly, room was clean, the only thing that caught me off guard was the $6 Celcius energy drink that I purchased from the little mart downstairs (but I get it, and I was expecting the mark up but, 300% is steep!) Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and yes it's a bit more of homey feel than the Marriott however I think that's the whole point! Also- parking. It's self park, $14 a day (compared to $35 a day at the Marriott which is valet only) Note that there are NO ELECTRIC CHARGERS!!! I had a electric rental and that made it a bit tricky. There is a charger (2 to be exact) inside the parking structure at Redmond Town Center which is about a 5 min walk however, it's only a 50w charger, slower than molasses, and the likelihood of it raining (which it was during my entire stay) makes that 5 min walk a lot longer.

Get over it...You are paying $60-90 a night. Woodspring Redmond has the nicest staff. It is the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed in. Multiple times. Manager is really involved, good location, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I finally was able to get ahold of someone using my cell phone, and the person told me there were no reservations. After informing him that I did have a reservation with a reservation number he told me the front desk was closed and I'd need to wait 20 minutes to check in. The website says there's someone on site 24/7 for support and check-in. The fact I needed to wait 20 minutes for an offsite individual to check me in is an extremely unprofessional and a terrible experience. The fact I have to tell them that I have a reservation also isn't appropriate. If I had a chance to cancel my reservation to book elsewhere, I would have. While I was waiting to check in, another gentlemen also arrived with a reservation to check in, so there were actually two of us with reservations. Terrible, terrible experience.

And this hotel is approximately two miles from the venue. Depending on when you book a room here it may cost $100-$150 a night. It's not a fancy hotel at all. And you have to request room service. My room was pleasant enough for one night. Super friendly check in. The free breakfast was also a nice surprise. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt and fruit. Coffee and fruit juices. No photos because the breakfast room was fairly busy. But I was surprised by how good it was. And it was fairly quiet. Maybe because I had a room in the third floor. Apparently there is a pool and jacuzzi too but I didn't use them. Conveniently located next to I405 if you're here visiting. Anyways, my experience was good. SYOY!

Heres a few items of concern: -No shampoo in the shower, only conditioner. -Cable TV is static filled and not the best. -Chair at table was worn out and wobbly. Should be replaced immediately. -Not the cleanest rooms either. -Pool closed at 9pm. Should be a 24 hr pool for those of us that work late. If I paid for the room, I would've picked a different hotel. This place is unacceptable.
