The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable and the air conditioning did not work well. I would continually lower the temperature to 68 degrees and in the middle of the night, it would stop turning on regularly and the temperature wouldn't go below 72-74 degrees. People would be smoking outside in the parking lot and the air conditioner would end up sucking in the outside air and made my room smell of cigarettes. I tried the continental breakfast once. There was french toast, powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage links, and a station to make your own waffles. There were bananas, packaged muffins and a juice machine. It all wasn't too bad. These rooms are disgusting. In my 4 weeks I have found hair clips , socks , blue pills , old food , the hallways are dirty and the food is sub par at best. I expected the food to be just ok but the rooms are seriously gross af and hard to sleep in. Please do better. I'm pretty sure your employees are getting paid but this sucks. Coming into a room with hair balls in the bathroom is not ok. How do you not see that if you are cleaning ? Why am I coming into a room with used toilet paper ? This should be addressed with staff. It is unsanitary and not comfortable for guests. If you are going to pay people to keep up with your rooms the least they can do is vacuum. Our hotel room was so comfortable. We had two queen size beds. each had three fluffy pillows. The sheets were very soft and I slept so well! We had to keep adjusting the air conditioning during the night but that was okay because I was so comfortable. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor pool-it is huge. When I looked out my second story window I thought I was at a fancy resort hotel. The receptionist was professional and friendly. We skipped breakfast because we were sleeping in like babies. The shower and bath area were in great shape but the water pressure was very No place to hang washcloth in the shower enclosure. The remote control for the TV didn't have any description of the shows that were listed. Room 213 is quite a long walk to the reception area but at least we were able to take the elevator and exit one of the doors to the parking lot where our car was parked. One of the reasons we slept so well is because it is so quiet around this hotel. It isn't right off the highway or near a lot of traffic. Right across the street is a Chevron station / mini mart. The carpeting in most areas is dated and there are some stains and tears. There was only one night stand that was placed between both beds. The towels in the bathroom were large, bright white, and fresh! The regular checkout time for this hotel is noon. We enjoyed two complementary water bottles and cookies while checking in. read more

Had a great experience checking in at Country Inn & Suites in Bothell. Emilie at the front desk was a total gem! She was super personable, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about her job. I let her know I'd probably be extending my stay by at least a day to get settled after my move from California to the Seattle area. Since I booked through a third-party app, I asked about staying in the same room, and she clearly explained how they could link my reservation once it was confirmed. After a long day of driving, unpacking, and grabbing dinner, I finally had a chance to book the extra night and stopped by the front desk before heading in to make sure the note got added. The night auditor, on the other hand, was a different story. He seemed preoccupied with restocking the concession area and came off rude when I tried to explain what Emilie had told me. I wasn't rushing him or being difficult, but his tone was unnecessarily sharp when explaining I'd have to check out and back in due to the third-party reservation. I've worked in hospitality myself for over a decade, while it was mostly in restaurants, I know how important guest interaction is, especially when people are traveling long distances. That kind of energy really kills the vibe after an 8+ hour drive and it definitely didn't make me sleep better. Aside from that, the stay itself was great. The room was clean and spacious, and the deal I got through the app made it even better. Bathroom was spotless, water pressure in the shower was strong, and they stocked me up with plenty of extra towels and bedding to stay comfy. I also had a short but relaxing time in the pool and jacuzzi spa, so definitely a plus for what I paid for. Breakfast had a great variety, and I appreciated being able to grab some cheese sticks and fruit to snack on later. Country Inn might not be considered a luxury hotel chain, but this location definitely made it feel fancier than other locations I've stayed at. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Bothell Refuses to Honor Signed Contract for Hotel Guest Room Block On September 23, 2025, my fiancé and I signed a contract with the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Bothell for a guest room block at a rate of $129/night. On December 2, 2025, the hotel reached out to us stating they made an error and attempted to get us to agree to a revised room rate of $309+/night . We refused and asked them to honor the original signed contract. They continued to ask us to sign the new contract without acknowledging their legal responsibility to honor the original agreement. Furthermore, they noted that the reasoning for not honoring the signed contract was related to the World Cup game being hosted in Seattle over the same weekend. Their direct explanation stated "Unfortunately we will not be able to honor this rate and will need to change the rate and send a new contract as these dates are over FIFA world cup and there is no way we can honor the rate of $129". Within our contract signed by both parties, it explicitly states "All changes, additions, deletions, or stipulations including corrective lining by either Hotel or Group will not be considered agreed to or binding on the other unless such modifications have been initialed or otherwise approved in writing by the other." We reminded the hotel of these contract terms and they declined to acknowledge the signed agreement. Instead, they proceeded to update our booking link with the updated pricing we had not agreed on. We have reached out to multiple contacts at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Bothell and have either received no response, or a canned response stating they understand how concerning and frustrating this situation must have been...and they regret that our experience did not reflect the standards of clarity and professionalism we should expect. We continue to be met with refusal by the Country Inn & Suites by Raddison, Seattle-Bothell to honor a signed contract for our wedding hotel guest room block. read more

What a disappointment this place is!!! The toilet seat was literally sideways on the toilet- there was no way the a housekeeper cleaning would not have known it was broken. Then we turned the heat on the heater is so loud that you have be just short of yelling over it to talk. So we call the front desk and ask that they send maintenance can't do that here gone home for the night. It's clean and comparatively inexpensive. That's the reason for the 2 stars. We asked for a room on the second floor away from the street noise. The guy says, "I'll put you in a nice quiet room away from the street, lobby, elevator, etc." But he failed to mention that every few hours an air compressor (or something similar and equally loud) was going to go off and this particular machine was right above our nice quiet room. So, around 4:30 a.m. after a long day of traveling, we were shaken awake by The Machine. We called the desk and our response was "Oh, that's the HVAC machine". We asked for another room away from The Machine, packed up everything we had unpacked 6 hours earlier and moved. Great thank you for that but the thing that annoys the most is that they knew about this and still rented the room... that's the "nice quiet room" mind you. I was surprised to see that this hotel only had 2.5 stars on Yelp, because I do believe it deserves better than that. I get quite picky when it comes to staying at hotels and I usually stay at quite luxurious ones. I was pleasantly surprised with this one! I would probably give 3.5 stars if I could. I stayed here with my mom for two days while she was on business. Upon getting to the hotel, there was ample parking available. It is close to the freeways, so it's easy to hop on and get to other towns easily, but not as easy to get to nearby locations in town. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by staff quickly. One nice touch is that they have cookies available every day that are actually quite fresh and tasty! However, the second day when we got back from dinner, we wanted the cookies and they didn't have them available because their chef who did breakfast in the morning didn't come in and bake them. They do have hot water for tea and coffee available in the evenings which I appreciated. The lobby is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. They have a beautiful area with couches, tvs, and fireplaces that is clean and very cozy. They have a nice bar in their lobby and the bartender there was very genuine and nice. He made great cocktails. My biggest thing at any hotel is cleanliness! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. It was spacious and clean which is everything I cared about. There was a nice desk area to work, a comfy chair to sit in, the sheets were fresh and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. My only complaint was that the toilet handle was finicky and the toilet was constantly running unless you pulled the handle back up. The maid service was nice and they made the bed, replaced the towels, and took out the trash. They kept everything tidy and fresh. The breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing. It was very basic which was to be expected, however, things had run out and were not quickly replaced (e.g., 2% milk). It is buffet style and they had eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, a waffle making station, coffee, tea etc. The serving utensils and breakfast area could have been kept a bit more tidy. As far as pricing, it was very fair. Everyone with my mom's company had a special rate ($120/night), but around early February on a weekend, the price will normally run around $228/night. All in all, it's is in a decent location and the surrounding towns are absolutely beautiful, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the common areas and rooms were clean, and the pricing was fair. No Pool during a heat wave. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known. The fire alarm went off at 2 am during our stay (really scary) and it was complete chaos. We evacuated and no one was directing the crowd or let us know what happened. I was so shaken I couldn't get back to sleep for hours and didn't get to enjoy the next day of my vacation, I was so tired. My card key also didn't work for the back entrance (we saw it didn't work for another guest as well) Exhausted after our day we either had to wait for the person at the front desk to unlock it for us or go all the way around and then to the back of the building where our room was. Then our key didnt work to get into our actually room. They said this happens sometimes but I've never had it happen at another hotel. There was also hair on our bed sheets. Bleh! Having to constantly go to the front desk about the key and the fire alarm ruined our stay! I also wanted to add that the doors here aren't soft close. We've stayed at this hotel during the Thanksgiving week for the past 8 years. The quality has gradually gone downhill over the last 2. The card key reader for exterior door broken, carpet dirty and frayed, sink backs up, etc...I gave it 2 stars because of its convenient location right off the 405, and because they have a decent lobby area with gas fireplace going. We checked in during the week and the room was at 79 degrees with the AC turned off. We set it as low as it would go and it cooled by 1 degree per hour so the first few hours were a bit uncomfortable. The room was clean aside from the air vent in the bathroom - it was actually really gross and covered in dirt. We also found a skittle by the bed? Lol. Aside from that though the sheets, bathroom, etc was clean. The breakfast was good - pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, cottage cheese. It was very crowded on the weekend. Ok so why is this hotel getting 2 stars? I've never wanted to check out early from a hotel just because it was so loud. There's no soft close function on the doors so every time someone leaves their room it just SLAMS so hard our wall was shaking. The first day was fine since it was a week day and not so busy but the rest of the few days we were here was awful. We spend 4 nights there. First they cash a first $376 and than added $226 withoit telling me. When i saw it on my bank i came down and it was treated very lightly no appologies made. I was supposed to get in 3 to 5 days the supposed $226 deposit which were never put back to the account. Everytime i called i am refered to waiting and maybe calling tge main office. For the table, we got a quesadilla, chicken wings and nachos. They were all really good. Better than I was expecting if I am being honest. The chicken wings even started my chicken wing craving after being there. The lemon drop was sweet like expected with a good amount of alcohol. I have never been treated so badly by any business. We were there because our pet needed emergency care at the vet next door. We had been up for over 40 hours and just wanted to rest a few hours before driving the over 200 miles back home. I get into the room at 7:30am and the manager started harassing us to leave at 10am finally kicking us out with threats at 2pm. I paid $145 for less than 7 hours and we never really got any sleep because they kept a calling and coming into our room to make us leave. We have been to this hotel a number of times both because family members from out of town stayed here and most recently, I needed a staycation after 9 months of barely leaving the house with my lovely kids in it. COVID era review: I had a weekend here because I really needed some 'me' time. It was quiet. Eerily quiet. My room faced the pool and in the evening I could only see 3 other rooms with lights on. I think I saw a total of three other guests and 3 staff the entire time I was there. The hotel is taking extra precautions with cleaning in light of COVID, including not doing daily cleans unless you stay longer than 5 days. In lieu of the glorious buffet style, hot and cold breakfast we've seen relatives enjoy in the past, we chose from a menu of individually packaged items to take back to the room (Note: as someone living a very Covid-conscious life, I'm not complaining and appreciate the efforts to continue this service.... But I definitely wouldn't go back for the breakfast at the moment!) Staff were kind and helpful. We'd definitely consider staying here again. read more

Second they are not cleaning everyday- will only clean every 4 days- Sorry but i thought Covid restrictions are easing up?? Third- they advertise all over about their free breakfast- but again due to Covid it is now only a couple of microwavable items for you to take back to your room- again i have stayed at several hotels recently and they have gone back to real food- no more buffet but at least a real breakfast!!! Stayed here one night on Friday September 8,2023 for our anniversary. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from wine tasting in Woodinville. We have stayed here a couple of times before and had no issues with the hotel. That's why we decided to stay here again last night. Unfortunately, last night when we got to our room we found that it had a big air intake in the ceiling (I assume for the air conditioning??) that was really loud... so loud, that it made it difficult to sleep. Other than that the room was good and clean. The next morning when we checked out we went down for breakfast and found the breakfast area was packed with guests...so we decided just to get coffee and find breakfast later at a nearby restaurant, but there was no coffee...yes No Coffee?? Anyway, we told the front desk agent about how loud the room was when we checked out and she made a note of it but didn't offer any compensation. This is the closest CIS to the Microsoft campus. Traffic in the morning is really bad so my husband has left 90-120 minutes early just to be sure he's not late to teach his class. We asked to be close to the laundry room and it seemed like they put us at the opposite end of the hall. Come to realize that the hotel is much larger than normal, and it's a big rectangle surrounding their outdoor pool. So, I guess, to them, we were close. The breakfasts aren't bad. There is a schedule of what they're serving each morning right by the plates. My son and I have enjoyed sleeping in a little so we don't get down there until 9:20 and fortunately they don't really start cleaning up until it's nearly 10 (posted time is 9:30). They offer both hot entrees as well as cold cereal. Other than a bathroom doorknob that was kind of falling apart and a shower head that's comically low, I really have no complaints. It's been quiet and the beds have been comfortable. Given the opportunity, I'd stay here again. read more

Is this the worst hotel in the world? Nope. But man, the list of problems, for what you pay, make it not worth it. 1) The worst? There is NO streaming service at the hotel so no movies for you on a bigger screen than your laptop. It's 2021 but not for this place. 2) They only clean in the rooms if you are staying 5+ days. You can get more towels, though. Whee! 3) Oddly, no notebook of info in the room. And given COVID, that would have been helpful. Ditto no pad of paper or pen. 4) The bathroom has one small towel rack. I think they thought the rack unnecessary versus the three pieces of art on the wall. Plus it appears they updated the bathrooms but not the outlet covers which are yellowed and scratched. 5) My room on the second floor (207) had something wrong with the HVAC. No matter if it is the fan or AC, there's is a huge vibrating hum that comes on at couple of times an hour. I figured out that the adjoining room has the same issue and moved to a different room. They acknowledged that they DO KNOW about the problem. 6) Lumpy pillows. If you are going to have six pillows on a bed, could a couple be different? 7) The layout of the hotel is weird. You have to go down a very long hall to get to the elevator. . Ask for a room near the front desk, not the elevator if you don't want a long walk. Three trips in three years to Bothell for a sports tournament and every year I've stayed at a different property in town. Unfortunately, this was my least favorite. It had an excellent location if you are in town for a tournament at the North Creek Sports Fields. In that case, it is a short walk and there is easy access to the freeway and old town Bothell is about 1-1/2 miles away. However, compared to the Residence Inn just down the street and the Comfort Inn & Suites up one exit, it wasn't as nice. There was a significant snafu during the registration process, but all of my other interactions with the staff were very good. I was also pleased with their breakfast buffet. Free wi-fi and there were no parking fees or other random charges. The lobby gives a good impression, but the rooms are dark and a little worn by comparison. Based on earlier reviews, I can say that the TV in my room was updated to a flat screen, but the walls and wallpaper had numerous dings and rips. The bathroom is quite basic. There is a nice sized outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard, but due to the location, you get a lot of noise in the surrounding rooms. They belong to the Carlson group which I'm unfamiliar with, so I didn't get any points or benefits from my more commonly used rewards programs. read more

What an terrible response to a phone call and inquiry I just received when asking about an item I had left for a guest. As a hotel, everyone should expect a front desk receptionist to be kind, courteous and helpful instead of feeling like I've done something wrong! "This was actually an inconvenience for us and it's something we do not do" she said when I asked if the guest had gotten the book and returned it to the front desk to be picked up, she said. "I don't know. You'll have to call in the morning" She couldn't be bothered to simply check, apparently. I wasn't told this was non-refundable until my card was swiped and I was asked to initial a doc. - If you have any timid small pets that like to hide in any nook/cranny they find, Country Inn has not made their rooms "pet proof". My cat was able to squeeze under the dresser and also hide in the nightstand, somehow even able to go up *into* the nightstand, which I didn't know was possible after examining it. The lighting in the room was dark and so searching for my baby was not fun. On one search it was pretty easy though. The rooms also look nice upon first glance- no flatscreens here (do they even manufacture CRT TVs anymore???)! Which, by the way, doesnt even have a "standard definition picture". The picture is fuzzy and static. The curtains and all look acceptable but the wallpaper is peeling off at multiple locations- not a big deal until you stack it up with other things. Such as being booked in a smoking room (though Hotwire puts you where it puts you so whatever I'm trying not to be biased because our room reeks of old ashtray). The windows open about 2inches- at least if you end up in a room facing the pool. The beds are comfy enough- I'm not sleeping on a cloud but I'm also not sleeping on a rock; they're moderately comfortable. The staff are nice so that's a plus. read more

This hotel is very deceiving from the outside and interior hallway decor. It feels rundown with the old wallpaper. However, once you get inside the room it's spacious, clean and comfortable. From cleaning staff to the front desk they should all be replaced. These people are in the wrong line of work. While the facility was clean and functional, getting our room cleaned only once in a six day stay did not happen and the front desk never had any extra coffee.
