So after hearing multiple reviewers hype this place up on social media, I figured I would give it a try when shopping around for a new timepiece. I called, and after being greeted by the "your call will be recorded for quality assurance" message, got a salesman. He immediately started playing the game of, "What would you like to pay for this?" I told him what I knew someone else had payed for the same piece at the same location, and he basically scoffed at it as if I were making it up. He told me how his boss would never allow him to do this. He then told me about a pre-owned piece that he advised had just come in. He gave me a price and advised he would send me pics of the piece when we got off the phone. He didn't. I called back the next day to follow-up. Got a different salesman who offered me the piece I was originally looking for, closer to the price I originally asked for. I guess the boss would be okay with this salesman doing it and it wasn't that crazy of an ask after all . However, now I was interested in the pre-owned piece I had been told about the day before. The new salesman got me back in contact with my original salesman (unfortunately). The original salesman told me he sent the pics to the wrong email address and offered to resend them. Along with the pics, he had now raised the price of the watch by $200. When I informed him I would be interested in purchasing the piece at the price he had given me during our original conversation, he completely cut off communication with me. I guess I was not even worth continuation of the conversation anymore. Later in the week, I spoke to yet another salesperson. I asked to speak with a manager due to what I considered a very rude and unprofessional experience with the original salesman. This person advised me all the managers where in a "meeting". I asked for one of them to call me back when convenient. Needless to say, they never did. You may have had a great experience with this dealer and I'm happy if you did. I just want whoever is looking to be prepared if you encounter "game playing" and salespeople who don't seem to care about developing you as a customer if they can't make a quick and easy sale. read more

Each time I have been helped by a young executive sales person named Jack K. Jack has been simply awesome to deal with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He's never too busy to answer my questions or send photographs if need be. He always make sure I get exactly what I'm looking for, at a great price. This business is unique in that they follow up during a sale and especially after a sale just as much as they do before the sale is made. The level of interest they have in their customers and clients does not change once the transaction is complete. The exceptional customer service continues, which is rare. I appreciate that. I have purchased two significant Swiss made luxury timepieces from ETP now, but I have the distinct feeling they won't be my last. They sell both new and preowned watches as well as other things like beautiful handmade watch rolls and European made watch winders. I collect watches ... I have about 100. My very first watch was gifted to me by my parents in 1970 when I started SCUBA Diving. In 1988, when I got my Dive Master Certification, I had more than 1000 hours under water with that watch and I wore it in 2003, when I made my deepest ever dive (212ft). I wore that watch thru my military enlistment and federal law enforcement career. After 30+ years, I lost it. Seiko has re-issued the watch as their SPB143 62MAS. It is identical to my 1970 watch, with technical improvements. My wife contacted Patricia at Exquisite Timepieces and bought it for me for Christmas. Frankly, if a person buying a super expensive watch from them got more attention/better treatment, I cannot imagine it. read more

I immediately called them to arrange the return of the watch. I asked for a return label, since I currently do not have a printer. I was notified that it was on the way and I was required to sign for it. I waited five hours at my home, before giving up and directly the label to the Fed ex store. The watch was then returned. They offered a gift and as it turned out also had to be signed for. The gift was a cheap travel case, made out of card board and covered with vinyl. I told them my thoughts on the gift, after voluntarily returning a $1750 watch. Someone there, promised a Seiko watch. It was never shipped. My last email to Kensa was ignored. There is reciprocity between states. Just look at this webpage if curious about the SEATA: https://www.seatastates.org/ Furthermore, another review mentioned that New York learned of the sale later, likely reported by the Florida Dept of Revenue, and so in that case, I think being cavalier about a potential buyer's questions, acting rudely on the phone and indicating you are going to "close the sale" and abruptly terminating the call is not a winning business strategy.
