This, the third (?) watch I have purchased from Exquisite Timepieces in Naples, Florida over my several years of collecting, all with the professional help of one of their fine representatives, Jenya. The first two transactions rather routine with Jenya giving her opinions and knowledge in helping me make specific choices in the models. Both were delivered in record time once I'd made my decision. This most recent purchase took a much different path. I had come across a new variation of an Oris watch which had been introduced about 8 years ago with an in-house Oris 113 manual wind movement. The new model was rather flashy for myself but I admired the layout and discovered the original models had more conventional dial colors, in this case silver. Contacting Jenya we determined the specific watch I'd in mind and proceeded with a payment schedule to terminate just before the seasonal holidays. She assured me at that time there would be no problems and the watch was available. Contacting her several months later I indicated I was prepared to close out the remaining balance and she should prepare the watch for shipment. Several days later I received a call from her during which she expressed her concern and sorrow indicating the watch wasn't currently available! Evidently when Oris introduced the new variation they discontinued the original model. Indicating she had contacted her usual purveyors, the watch simply couldn't be found. I was offered an immediate refund but I still (really!) wanted the watch and we decided to wait a few days, possibly a week during which time she would contact other possible resources for the watch. Everyone still awake?? Well, I began searching dealers throughout the USA and other countries and, lo and behold, found one in Australia from a dealer who assured me there was one available! I did some background vetting and found the dealer to be legit. I want the watch but really didn't want to go through the often arduous task of overseas purchase through a wire transfer and going through customs. I contacted Jenya who began the marathon task of contacting the Oris distributor in Australia, validating the existence of the watch, having it returned to Oris for examination and any needed adjustments (this a new watch) and forwarding it to her at Exquisite Timepieces and finally to me! What a journey and, without the steadfast "dog on a bone" attitude of Jenya and following a lead, I'd not be admiring and wearing this fine watch, which just arrived today! Thanks Jenya and, advice to those needing a fine timepiece and stellar representative! when contacting Exquisite Timepieces and searching for that special piece, be sure to ask for Jenya and, tell her Karl sent you! "Karl" (of Oris "fame") read more

Initial customer service involving the purchase of the watch was quite attentive, however, there was a very steep drop off once payment was rendered I purchased a watch from the website and things went smoothly enough until the shipping process started. The location of the store is in South Florida, and the address it was being shipped to was only a few hours away in the same state. When I discovered that the package had ended up in Memphis Tennessee, and had been stagnant for 18 hours I brought this to the attention of Avagail, the customer service representative I have been dealing with. I had paid for two day shipping because I needed the watch in a precise time frame, and when I explained that the package was not in route to my address, it was explained to me that it was not their problem, and she, nor the company was in anyway responsible. When I suggested an alternate course of action involving them sending me a replacement, and the missing watch being returned them as soon as I received it, I was immediately told that was not an option. Despite explaining to them that I was being forced to trust in a system that was clearly flawed, and asking them to put a little trust in the customer, they flatly refused. Only reiterating that I would need to contact FedEx to fix the issue as the customer, and them, as the seller were in no way responsible for the process. Basically they had received their money and were no longer concerned about my needs.. I've then inquired as to what the process was to receive a refund, and was told that I would need to ship the watch back to them to be inspected prior to them issuing a refund... the watch that is currently sitting in a facility in Tennessee, controlled by a shipping company that refuses to provide any additional information on it. Once it became clear that I was not going to be able to resolve any of my issues with Avagail I requested to speak to someone higher up in the managerial chain. Since then it has been complete radio silence. I would highly recommend steering clear of this business and purchase directly from whatever dealer manufacturer of the time piece is that you may be looking at. Brief snippets of the exchange with the sales associate are attached. At this point, I am out a considerable sum of money, with no watch in hand, and deplorable customer service. read more

I want to share my experience with Exquisite Timepieces as objectively as possible. I ordered and prepaid for a Longines HydroConquest 39 mm Frost Blue with Milanese bracelet. At the time of purchase, I was told that the expected delivery time was approximately eight weeks. After nine weeks, I still had no watch and, more importantly to me, very little communication or information regarding the status of my order. I understand completely that delivery dates for a new or difficult-to-obtain watch can change and that a retailer does not necessarily control when the manufacturer delivers the product. What disappointed me was the lack of proactive communication and the difficulty I experienced getting updates after having prepaid for the watch. Eventually, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund, which was processed. I subsequently went directly to the Longines Boutique at Aventura Mall and ordered the same watch. I prepaid on August 31, and on September 19 I received a message that my watch had arrived. I picked it up the following day. The communication and service throughout that transaction were excellent. I am not writing this to bash Exquisite Timepieces, and my experience may not be representative of everyone else's. I simply think prospective customers--particularly those considering prepaying for a watch that is not currently in stock--should know about my experience. For customers in South Florida who are purchasing a Longines and are able to visit Aventura Mall, the Longines Boutique there is another option worth considering. read more

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 7th timepiece, and it was an experience I won't soon forget, all thanks to Nick Lukas at Exquisite Timepieces. While my first five purchases were made online, this time I decided to visit the store for a change, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Nick's attentiveness and knowledge were apparent. He greeted us warmly and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. What truly impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond, showing us around the store and even allowing us to try on some rare and hard-to-find pieces. Nick's passion for timepieces was evident in every interaction we had. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided valuable insights into the different brands and models available. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. In the end, I walked away with a pre-owned Rolex and an Omega DeVille that exceeded my expectations. Nick's expertise and friendly demeanor made this purchase one of the best I've ever had. I can confidently say that I won't be buying a timepiece from anyone else in the future. If you're in the market for a new watch, look no further than Exquisite Timepieces, and be sure to ask for Nick Lukas. His exceptional service and genuine passion for what he does will ensure that you find the perfect timepiece for your collection. read more

I can't say enough about my exceptional experience with Exquisite Timepieces! From start to finish, the team demonstrated a level of service, expertise, and genuine passion for fine watches that is truly rare. I recently purchased a Ball Watch through their online store, and the entire process was seamless. I was assisted by Jack, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right choice. The watch arrived quickly and in perfect condition, beautifully packaged and exactly as described. I was also thrilled with the added value they provided through a couple of special concessions, which made the experience feel truly personalized. It's clear that Exquisite Timepieces is committed to going above and beyond for their customers--something you don't often find with online retailers. The quality of the product, the attention to detail, and the outstanding customer service all exceeded my expectations. What can I say about Exquisite Timepieces... Such an amazing experience from the moment I visited their website. See, I have always promised myself that I would never buy any timepieces online - even if it were from an out of state boutique, but they really made the experience effortlessly enjoyable! I was looking for a particular Grand Seiko and even driven for 2 hours in OH to try and buy it from a big name boutique (that I will keep to myself), but I was thoroughly disappointed with everything from my first walk in to my disappointing drive home. However, when I connected with Patricia P. it was like speaking to an old friend. She was so very nice, thoughtful and energetically responsive. She took so much effort to ensure I received every conceivable service that I desired. Their prices are most competitive, their service was lightning fast, and their product is FLAWLESS! I cannot say enough about Patricia P. and Excusite Timepieces. They will keep me coming back to them for years to come... you have my everlasting gratitude read more

I just had the distinct pleasure of working with Evan at ExquisiteTimePieces.com in Naples Florida. I found this location because they are an authorized dealer on the Breguet website, along with many other top luxury brands. I purchased a 20k Breguet watch entirely over the phone and email, and I could t be happier with the service I received, from the moment we began the process till several days after I received the watch, Evan was right there with me keeping in constant contact to ensure my satisfaction. He seemed as excited about my purchase as I was. Felt more like I was dealing with a long time friend, than someone selling me a watch. The Breguet arrived in a large box perfectly safe, will all the paperwork, and original packaging. Best experience I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone! www.exquisitetimepieces IS THE BEST! I recently purchased the Grand Seiko Spring Drive SBGA211 "Snowflake" from Exquisite Timepieces, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I inquired about the watch, their customer service team was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The watch arrived in pristine condition, perfectly packaged, and even ahead of schedule. The attention to detail in ensuring a seamless buying experience really stood out. As for the Snowflake itself--it's an absolute masterpiece. The dial is mesmerizing in person, and the smooth glide of the Spring Drive movement is unlike anything else. Pretty impressed with these guys. I buy a lot of watches and have access to some great stores in California, but I ordered a relatively inexpensive Seiko model a few months back, I was abaolutely shocked at how great their customer service was. You would have thought I bought a $100k watch with how thorough they were in the custmer service. All for a $600 watch. Fast forward a few months and I order 3 additional, significantly more expensive watches and the same level of care and service. To be honest, there isn't a huge difference in price from most places I buy from, but these guys' customer service is next level. My sale guy, Graham, took time out from a weding he was at to make sure my order got filled on time. Pretty impressive. And they're watch guys too! You will NOT be disappointed with Exquisite Timepieces if you buy from them. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I first purchased a luxury watch from Exquisite Timepieces back in 2016, and the experience was so positive that I returned in 2024 for another. Their extensive selection of watch brands truly impressed me. After doing my research and receiving excellent advice from their knowledgeable sales expert, Mihi, I felt confident in making an informed decision. They offered me a fair deal on a watch I wanted to trade in, which made the process even smoother. I ultimately purchased an Omega Constellation with a stunning meteorite dial. Throughout the entire experience, the owner personally checked in via email to ensure I was satisfied. Even though I'm based in Texas, the whole transaction was seamlessly handled online and over the phone. I highly recommend Exquisite Timepieces for their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction. read more

I saw an announcement for a new watch from Chronoswiss. Exquisite Timepieces was the closest authorized dealer but they were still more than a full day's drive away so I had to work everything over the internet and phone. I talked to Mauricio at Exquisite Timepieces and he confirmed that they could get the watch I wanted but the watch was not yet released. Maurice answered all my questions and took my order. Maurice did a great job of keeping me informed while I waited for the release of the watch. The watch, a Chronoswiss Strike Two Golden Gear, arrived yesterday. This is a limited edition watch. A regulator style watch with a steel case, two gold subdials, and gold minute and hour hands. This watch includes Chronoswiss' first in house designed movement. A beautiful design with great attention to detail. read more

My experiences with Exquisite Timepieces have been tremendous. Value and selection are second to none at Exquisite. Your representative, Mihi Martin, has been a fantastic resource for me in finding watches that are of interest to me, and is very adept at sharing his knowledge of the watches I ask to see as well as making reccommendations to me based on what he sees in my preferences. The team at Exquisite timepieces crew is really exceptional. I wanted a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms on a Bracelet Evan made the purchase really easy, and I was buying on the phone never having been to their brick and mortar store. He tracked one down for me and it was the only one like it in the US at the time, he worked with me on price and the service was like I was his number one customer. I went back and bought another watch and had to have some factory warranty service done, Evan, Tim, Nicole all went the extra fifty miles. If I could leave a -1 I would. I am a long-time customer and have purchased many watches from Exquisite Timepieces. In August of 2021, I dropped off my Chronoswiss Opus Gold 200 watch for repair. Upon completion, I asked Exquisite Timepieces to mail the watch to me at my personal post office box. Instead of using the United States Postal Service, Exquisite Timepieces chose to use FedEx to ship my watch. My watch never arrived to my personal post office box. I have notified the post office, FedEx, and the police but the watch has not been located. Because the watch was shipped insured, I would expect Exquisite Timepieces to replace the missing watch. To date, nothing has been done to resolve my missing watch. read more

I recently had a great experience dealing with Sean Shackelton at Exquisite Timepeices in Naples. I had promised myself a special watch in recognition of a major milestone and a successful life. I always thought I would have a Rolex Daytona in my future as I'm a vintage racing enthusiast and already being a Rolex guy, have long admired this iconic watch. In view of the current hard times, such a purchase seemed inappropriate. Sean showed me the Omega Speedmaster Professional, told me of it's exclusive NASA certification not to mention that it was really the original sports racing Chronometer and I was hooked. I'm now ready for a trip to the moon, thanks to Sean's freindly & professional help. read more

Excellent customer service. Stefano is always very prompt and transparent with communicating about my preorder. He does a great job at notifying me of upcoming new releases as well. He has helped me multiple times and always sends photos of the box and watch with papers prior to shipping, which I find to be a nice touch. Exquisite is always able to procure the models I am after in a timely manner. And if there is a delay they will always notify. Pricing is par for the course as well. I recommend them to anyone looking for specific brand models as they have a good supply chain a team dedicated for the more rare and limited releases, as well as standard models. read more
