I have been here before in the past and was happy with the service... but yesterday I went in for a pedicure (basic) and a full set of nails... I was there for 7 HOURS!!!!! Not exaggerating!!! I arrived at 11am for my appointment and did not leave to close to 6 pm!! The lady started my pedicure , all I wanted was a French manicure with a small glitter line under the white, she struggled and struggled til I finally told her to forget it and put a solid color which is not at all what I wanted!! Then the older man there did the full set of nails I explained again what I wanted and even showed pictures, he could not accomplish a French manicure either , he struggled with not only that but putting the nails themself on and shaping them correctly, again I asked for simply rounded and an active length.... I left and when I got to my car and looked again at the nails I just sat and cried !! They looked awful , 140$$ I expected to be able to get a French manicure. At that time I had already been there for 4 hours!!! But I went back in to see if he could fix them somehow, every time he touched them it got worse and worse, and he argued with me about how they looked .... Another 3 hours there, I had not eaten all day, they never once offered a water to me or to use the restroom or anything, I left once again completely disappointed!! My nails look sloppy, they're nothing at all what I requested and I have a very important event coming up which is why I went in the first place. Also as someone else mentioned the instruments were not sterilization, after about hour 5 I noticed them doing a pedicure on someone else and the instruments were in an autoclave bag but not sterile, I work in dental field and know that autoclave bags have a strip on them that turns colors when sterilized and it was not changed... plus everything he used on my nails he put right back into a drawer or container on his table. They cut up my toes and fingernails , and I'm positive my nail under the acrylic is completely destroyed now after him grinding on it over and over with the acrylic but! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Spend the extra money and save yourself time and a fungal infection and go to an actual salon!!! I would give zero stars if that was an option!!! read more

I'm writing this review to help the owner try to fix these issues. I'm not a big complainer, but yesterday I walked in for a manicure. They took me right away and started. I noticed they used tools that did not come out of sanitary drawer or package, they had a tv with a horrible infomercial on stealing identities blasting and the technicians appeared to be family members, not very quick or skilled and did not understand my request to change the station or put some music on. I ended the session early, no polish done, with the excuse I did not have time. I did pay them. Other issues clearly affected my decision. I hope they fix these problems w/service. #1 Make it a more relaxing experience by changing the atmosphere (loud annoying tv is a no-no!) #2 use tools that are clearly sanitized read more

My sisters, mom and I have been going to Exquisite Nails for years and have always had high quality experiences - amazing and affordable pedicure options and high quality dip for nails. I got married last May, and for my wedding they opened the salon early and had additional technicians come in so that all of the bridesmaids (there were 10 of us getting our nails done) could get manis and pedis. They also got us snacks and drinks for the whole experience. I explained the dip color I had in mind and they did not have that exact color so they created it for me. They made my wedding a very special experience and really went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend more. read more

I came here twice, just because it is close my house - once for a gel manicure and once for an acrylic fill. The gel manicure went well, but it started peeling less than two weeks later. The acrylic fill was terrible! The man who did it did not take much time to remove my nail polish before he put the fill on. It ended up trapping some black residue from the old polish underneath making them look disgusting! Overall the salon doesn't feel very clean and the employees are not very welcoming or polite. read more

Everyone was friendly and prices are reasonable - - esp for the quality job they do! Last time I went I got a pedi too so I can't speak for nails, but they do fantastic pedicures. I've been here twice once over 4 years ago and that first time the man doing my nails filed down my cuticle so short that it became red, swollen, and infected. On top of this he criticized my preference to have a short French manicure? In my mind I'm thinking "who gives a shit I'm paying you to do my nails how I want them?". Anyways, I came back again this year thinking this place deserved a second chance, but I was unlucky enough to have the same man doing my nails, and he was rude and condescending AGAIN! Told me that I was making him do "too much work" to make the nails on my manicure short. When I asked him what service I should get next time for the same results he didn't have an answer for me, just mumbled something. Never going here again. read more

We walked and they were very polite and told us it would be a 20 minute wait...fortunately there is a nice little coffee shop next door where we hung out and they came and got us when they were ready. Very friendly and my pedicure was wonderful s was my wife's manicure. We will be back! read more

I don't want to come back to this place. I started coming to this salon few years. Most of the time for pedicure and manicure and sometimes gels too, and most of the time they did good job with average time. Three months ago, I came in for both pedicure and manicure and at same time with other customers, this old woman with glasses and colored hair did like competitive with other technicians for one hour. when I came in for gel manicure at the same time with other customer closed to me she also competed! But last time about two three weeks, the shop had no customer, and the owner wanted me to go to her again! She did shellac gel for me one hour and half No manicure! Few chips within two weeks! She tried to talk but all not fun, and boring! Unfortunately, I don't want to come back here again to see this only known competitive old woman! read more

This place was awful. Their prices are way too high for the services they offer, also there wasn't a single technician license displayed anywhere for any of the employees. Coming from a cosmologist stand point, I know the legal obligations of such businesses and having your certification displayed prominently is top priority. There weren't any labels on any of their chemicals, and my tech was extremely rude. I will never ever go back here, and I'll be sure to let anyone else looking for these services know that this place is ridiculous. read more

I love coming here the staff is always so friendly and quick. My nails always look perfect when I leave and they stay that way for about three weeks! I am also a hairdresser and this is unheard of because my hands are always in water. At other salons my nails would chip or break within just a few days. The location of the salon is great as well, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The customer service is top notch I would not go anywhere else. read more
