The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and they go out of their way to make sure their clients feel pampered. Once seated in the chair, I was brought a menu for a complimentary beverage. The frozen margarita is yummy! There is no picking a color from the bottles on the wall here, they bring a nice book over to choose colors from. I arrived and was greeted and offered a beverage of my choice (LOVE THAT PART). Mrs. Wanda started the process for my nails and the wonderful JAYLA gave my natural nails a wonderful make over. Instead of using extensions she was able to use my own and they look AMAZING. She was patient and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Neither time did I feel like I was being rushed out and sprayed away(hurry up and dry) lol. Services offered range from manicures, pedicures, it is a hair salon, and offers specific hair care needs, all offered in a relaxing and CLEAN environment. She has music playing overhead and it so relaxing you just fade away lol. I highly suggest making an APPOINTMENT, you never know if they have a project or what their schedule like. This is NOT like those "other' salons we are used to visiting. Ms. Wanda take a great pride in making sure you are happy and will offer to correct a problem, unlike some places that post signs everywhere. The tall, white, throne-like chairs seem to hint that you would be treated like "a queen." And the staff really do treat you like so. They were incredibly friendly and professional. The missing stars in this review are solely due to their poor nail work. From being too rough removing my cuticles, to leaving polish stains on my fingers, not filing/shaping my nails, to applying the polish patchy and clumpy...etc. Her technique was simply bad and very different from my previous experiences in other salons. Maybe this explained why they only had one other customer. The owner performed my manicure, so I don't know if they have other technicians that do a better job. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.

First of all, the positives: - The staff at the front was…read morevery friendly - It's easy to get an appointment - The complimentary Malibu Barbie drink was very tasty - The shop is very clean The negatives: - The reason it's easy to get an appointment (at least on Sunday when we went) is because they only take walk-ins on Sundays - The old fashioned was very over poured - The system for marking what you want is so bad that the staff doesn't even want to use it so they just have you put in the first item and then they edit the ticket on the back end - I got a detox pedicure (Or at least that's what I wanted and asked for) and my wife got a gloss signature pedicure with gel and a French tip manicure with gel - Both of us got manhandled pretty significantly during our pedicures - The product wasn't adequately rinsed off - They cut my wife's cuticles and left her fingers bloody - There's barely any tip to the French tip - Nails were left at uneven lengths - The polish application wasn't even or neat - At checkout, the customer facing screen has the resolution so far off that you can't see what is being itemized - My wife asked for a gel manicure with an overlay. They had no idea how to do that. They asked if she wanted acrylics or gel. This is a service other places offer and they should know what this is - The polish is already chipping within a matter of hours - The guy who did my wife's nails seemed put out and gave a sigh of annoyance because she wanted her French tips to match her toes instead of just plain white tips.
