I called the manager today and she told me that the employee has been disciplined. She didn't ask my name so she could follow up. But she was very gracious. Buying lingerie is as hard as buying a bathing suit (which they also sell). But when shopping, you want a smart and thoughtful person to fit you. We didn't get that. My sister bought the bra (to the tune of $106). She told me that she would never go there again. I don't blame her. We also found some department store (lower end) spanx that worked for her under layer. I guess my point is, this is a really nice store but could be managed better.
