Meanwhile, I poked around on my own, never once asked what I was looking for, while the declassee gum-chomping saleslady catered exclusively to the other woman. While I was approached for her to take the two items I found into the dressing room, she never inquired how I was doing and even in my departing "good-bye, didn't stop talking to the other woman or bother to thank me for stopping in. The problem was that the pants had not been hemmed and were so long they were puddling over his shoes. They had said they would alter the pants but clearly hadn't done so. When my husband brought the suit in the very next day, they said it had been cleaned and altered so they would only give us half of what my son paid for the rental which was over $200. Thank goodness my son had a backup suit or it would have been disastrous. The clip-on tie is a joke and shows the quality of their merchandise.
