Yesterday I spent 2 hours at O.C. mall trying on bathing suits at 3 different stores. Hell on earth! Today, I went to Swimsuit Station. in 20 minutes, I found a pretty suit that fits and has an adequate bra (always a concern at my age). I found the staff to be slightly intolerant of the customers shopping. One sales girl (I believe must be the owners daughter) was rude and annoyed while silently pushing people out of the way to return clothes to the racks. No excuse me, no pardon me, nothing. Just stepping into your personal space without a word until you decide to move....for her. Selection & pricing were decent, they honored a coupon 1 day after expiration, & Reeni was the only person on staff who had an pleasant and accommodating attitude. read more

i love going here for their outlet bathing suits. one side of the store is regular priced and honestly pretty high prices but everything in the outlet section is $10! the store looks like one of this old fashioned outlets - all concrete with no amenities but who cares because the bathing suits are good. i only shop in the outlet section and like any outlet you may have to go a few times before you find anything you like. they have bathing suits, coverups, and beach bags. they also have a good supply of plus size bathing suits. the retail side has some beautiful bathing suits and coverups, hats and bags. read more

We can here because we got the gift certificate. This place looks literally like a warehouse and they do have a lot of bathing suits but the pricing is a little bit too high. I did find some bikinis with cute patterns but wear cutting. read more

Horrible experience. My mom and I went there to shop for our upcoming vacation and it was the worst idea. First, it's impossible to locate the place. Walking in, the carpet, my mom tripped over. It's dirty and the swimsuits are nice but overpriced. Not worth the drive. One star. read more

My bathing suit draw is overflowing with great suits & coverups I purchased the last two summers at swimsuit station. I am very self conscious about my thighs & chest & found such a wonderful selection of quality brands that are flattering on all body sizes & types. The staff is really caring & knowledgeable re: size & style that suit your shape! For women that despise shopping for this necessary evil item, the Swimsuit Station is a wonderful store! I bought a bunch of youth suits for an NGO in Africa that runs education camps. They have a pool at the camp, but none of the kids who come have swimsuits. The prices on the bulk suits I bought were amazing, even factoring in shipping. I'd definitely buy from them again. read more

Swimsuit Station has such a wide array of clothing! There was so much for me to choose from and having a hard time finding a bathing suit was much eased at the store. The salesgirls were very helpful and were extremely knowledgeable about the swimsuits that were shown. One bathing suit was literally $5 and usually I pay close to $100 for both pieces. read more

*****Editing again***** This Saga never ends. I just checked the tracking number on the order to find out that Swimsuit Station had the order returned to them without notifying me. Not only did they fail at customer service, they cancelled the order without letting me know if i would be receiving the merchandise as requested or, a refund. I am in shock at the level of incompetence and lack of regard for their customers. ***** I am updating this to add that I am now receiving 'crank calls' from Swimsuit Station. They have called my mobile number several times and have hung up LAUGHING when I answered. I have the phone records to prove it. Hands down the WORST service I have EVER received from a business. They do not deliver on their promises and their staff thinks its funny to call their customers names. I have never written a review in my life, however I feel it is my duty to warn everyone who is thinking about purchasing from them. After much research (including reading these negative reviews) I called Swimsuit Station on the afternoon of Tuesday June 2nd to inquire about shipping an order to Florida. I told them that I was willing to pay extra because I needed the swimsuits in my possession by Friday. I was told not worry, the regular shipping would suffice and that I would have my order. In addition, their website states that shipping to Florida is two days. I received a tracking number on Friday that states that I would not have my order until Monday. When I called them, they were rude, called me names and refused to give me any names of managers or supervisors. I even offered to pay at MY OWN EXPENSE to ship the merchandise arriving Monday back to them if they would overnight my order. This company knows NOTHING about customer service. They berated me and treated me as if I were nothing more than dirt under their feet. As I pleaded with them, you could hear others laughing in the background and saying to "hang up the phone". I've taken the necessary steps to rectify the situation.... something I have NEVER had to do. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.... IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

WOW...what a great place. I needed suits desperately for my upcoming honeymoon and this place was great. Since its the beginning of August none of the other stores have ANY selection. Not only does this store have AWESOME selection...the staff is WONDERFUL and PATIENT!! This is the BEST place to get swimsuits cheaper than online! Almost everything is 30% off...some even 70% off! The black woman (I forget her name) is an absolute doll and totally deserves a raise! I ended up getting 1 suit that day and went back 3 weeks later for another! They get new stuff all the time and carry very high quality suits! So glad we decided to go to Swimsuit Station. After reading some of the reviews, my friend and I were reluctant to make the trip, but we are so glad that we did. We can't understand the issues in some of the reviews. The location via GPS and GoogleMaps was easy to find. We were shocked to see so much inventory. I never saw so many swimsuits in one place. Some review said the place was dirty. It was absolutely not dirty and all inventory was hung in place. We received great treatment, had help finding sizes and the suits we were looking for. I love this place and will definitely tell my friends about it. read more
