It was too big for me and he sent it back and they refused to exchange it for another item. He explained what the salesperson told him, but they stated they won't take it back. I believe they will tell you want you want to hear so they can receive their commission. Terrible customer service. It's really not that hard to greet people when they walk in, be polite, or at the very least say "thank you" at checkout -- but they don't. They don't acknowledge customers coming in or out. The lack of basic courtesy is glaring. After reading so many other similar reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue, and it's disappointing that management hasn't stepped in to make a change. I had to wait 3 weeks for the inventory to come in for them to ship it to me and I immediately cut off the tags but realized they were awful and 1 was damaged.
