Not only did they get the smell completely out, but they put the covers back on the cushions, which is a job in itself. I can't remember the cost, but it was extremely reasonable. Very personable and accommodating. They pick up in our neighborhood on Tuesdays and Fridays and have everything back the following Tuesday or Friday. They once went out of their way to pick something up from my house after I'd forgotten to call for a pick up the night before.

My son dropped something off yesterday and they asked if we were related. They said they had the wedding dress safely tucked away. When I questioned, I was told they refuse to press only. Never told when I dropped off! Did not offer to redo, since they assumed I wanted heavy starch. I prefer press/no starch. This was not my first issue. Mistakes are made, however, the way I was talked to and treated, I will find a new cleaners. He specifically chose Pleats because their website says they are open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm, and he knew he would need to pick up the suit the same day as the wedding (on a Saturday) because we had been out of town. Their website AND Google listing said they were open on Saturdays. Lo and behold, he gets there Saturday morning at 10am sharp, and they are closed. Multiple other people arrived to drop off clothes because they were also under the impression that they were open. My husband ended up having to go to three suit stores to try to find a similar suit (he was a groomsman) and spent $350 on a new suit. The suit did not match perfectly and he looks out of place in the wedding photos. He also missed the groomsmen lunch. It was an extremely stressful morning to say the least. I also looked at the reviews, and the owner was aware that the site is incorrect and didn't bother to change it! It has been a month since this occurred, and the hours are still not updated. We contacted the store, and they said that the hours are correct on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I would say that the majority of people looking into the hours for a store are probably doing so on their phone. We requested a reimbursement for the suit and they declined. Horrible, horrible service, especially considering they knew their hours were misrepresented before this even happened to us and they had an opportunity to correct them.
