Assaad deserves to be charging double the rate of others for the amount of experience and quality of care he provides yet runs his business with a conscience and high regard for people. Its truly rare to find someone like that these days. Most other tow services only care about getting your car from point A to point B but don't care about damaging it in the process and make you wait for hours. With Assaad it's the complete opposite. He's a pro who's fast, reliable, and most importantly makes sure nothing happens to your car (his super car flat bed helps too). And to top it all off he gave me the cheapest rates out of anyone else I contacted. 100/10 read more

Very nice people. Not your typical tow truck driver. Is mike and sam go out of their way to help you out.

They only had availability for the next day so it is NOT an express service. On top of that, they arrived about an hour late to the appointment so I wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry or looking for a reliable service. Worst of all, their driver YELLED at me because he had trouble finding the location and a parking. I had to find another company at the last minute and it turns out they were cheaper! read more

I first used Express Road Service through my insurance when my car wouldn't start almost a year ago. They sent Sam, who offered to replace the battery for an extremely reasonable price. My car has since not had any issues. A few months later, I again encountered Sam when my OTHER car wouldn't start during a trip to the grocery store and my insurance sent him! Again, he was gracious and offered to replace the battery. This time I was in a rush, however, so he jump-started the car and I kept his card for future reference. Well... Last night, I was stuck in a grocery store parking lot with a dead battery. I called my insurance to send Sam to replace the battery. They instead sent a service that would only jump-start the car, but I made it a point to call Sam personally and set up an appointment to have the battery changed ASAP. I talked to his son Ahmed and was able to have it done first thing this morning. Ahmed was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and replaced the battery with no hassle, and with the simple gentlemanly agreement that if there's any issues or concerns he'll address them. Express Road Service is a family business and Sam and Ahmed are wonderful. These guys stand by their work and there's a reason why they're busy all the time. The batteries they install come with a great warranty and they know the manufacturers so there's a direct connection between services and products that's comforting to know. As busy as they are, they're still gracious and accommodating. These are the kinds of businesses we need to support more. I can't recommend them enough. read more

My daughter had to use her towing service when she had a radiator hose go out. They sent a driver from Express Road Service. Instead of going a direct route to the repair shop, he used the freeway to go a round about route adding a couple of miles to the tow. This exceeded her covered distance and forced her to pay extra. They seem to be dishonest and I would avoid using them. read more
