BAD, WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Very disappointed. They make you wait for hours with no clear communication or updates. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look for a different towing company. If you go to google and see there responds to other customers you can see they never take responsibility always blaming others of disrespect..which they are the one who disrespects and not doing their job. Extremely unprofessional and retaliatory service. I was quoted approximately one hour for service, which turned into over three hours. Throughout that time, I repeatedly contacted the owner for updates and was told "10 more minutes" multiple times, which was clearly inaccurate. When I called again after more than 40 minutes of repeated delays, instead of providing a clear explanation or taking responsibility, the owner blamed me for calling and became hostile. Shortly after, he contacted AAA and filed a report that resulted in me being blocked from receiving any roadside assistance for the remainder of the day. This was retaliation for simply requesting accurate information after excessive delays. There was no abuse or misconduct on my part--only repeated attempts to get a truthful estimate. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability was alarming. Based on my experience and the pattern reflected in other reviews, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. AAA should seriously reconsider working with providers who treat customers this way. read more

Inconsiderate and rude. Parked to offload a vehicle to auto repair shop next to my office. Had PLENTY of room to park without blocking any parked cars. He was stopped directly in front of my car when went to leave work. Instead of finishing his offloading, he just looked at me sitting in my car and disappeared into the shop. On March 26th my son and friend were about 60+ miles from home when a tire blew and needed to be towed home. We spent ALL DAY dealing with AAA (13 calls) while my son waited close to 5 hours. Every tow company refused the call or canceled. My son and friend had to get back to college so they ended up taking the last train and I had to make the 2 hour trek not knowing of anyone would even show up. I was in a dark and sketchy area for about 5 minutes when I saw the tow truck. Out came the kindest, warmest, sweetest man apologizing for making me wait. He got the car loaded on the truck, gave me a huge hug and I met him 2 hours later at my house. I've never experienced such amazing customer service before. I was on my way to a friends house on a very cold night. I noticed my tie was very low and I tried to put air. By the time I reached a gas station it was completely flat and there was a nail! So I as everyone else used AAA to request a tow. Spoke to dispatch at the company he informed my tow was en route. When the drive shows up, he parked in front of my car and waited. I flashed my lights and got out of the car. He got out of the truck and started yelling at me about why I didn't answer a phone call? Which I never got, but I told the tow truck that I was the person who requested it, obviously it matches the AAA request and make/model of car. He then tells me that I was rude and proceeds to walk away, so I asked him for his name so I could call AAA back. The driver told me to go Fu*k myself and Fu*k AAA he doesn't work for them. I had put in a request for a tow through AAA and no one responded but at 11:30am Saul called me to pick up my car. He was very polite and did an excellent job of calming me down because I had been waiting on a tow for over two hours. Saul was the only service that called me. I told Saul to cancel my tow. A few minutes later Saul's boss (Norvan) called me and was very helpful and told me he could send his driver and tow my car. So I told him to go ahead and send the tow. I really appreciate the help and kindness of car geeks towing. The customer service was great and the tow truck driver, Saul was great. Awesome service, easily the best car towing experience I've had. Car had been overheating and needed to have my vehicle towed 50mi away. I had anticipated a long frustrating drawn-out process, but it was the opposite. Daniel showed up with a smile and a calming disposition, and got the car secured and on the way in no time.
