I was in the area visiting a friend running some errands and we decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. We were definitely pleasantly surprised! The crust was a perfect combination of crispy and soft. We also got the Greek salad, which was delicious. Would definitely come again. read more

Food is usually ok, but I got the Curley fries today and they aren't even fries. They have no fries in them and they are so greasy that I can't even eat them. read more

Great food!Excellent service..went on a Thursday and even though it was really busy,it didn't take long for the food and everything was delicious read more

I'm giving them 4 stars because I think they have the potential to be a really really good spot. I got a spinach calzone with onions and garlic, you can see from the photo that the pieces of raw onion were huge! That pile just came from 4 small pieces. The garlic was also raw, which I love garlic and I wouldn't have minded if it was raw if it was chopped up fine. But a calzone should be hot and because of the raw veggies it doesn't seem cooked. The onions were huge and spicy they definitely should've been cooked. I didn't think I needed to put that in the instructions I've never had this problem in other places. It was such a bummer because the dough was good and the flavors were good and it could've been great! The fries were also under cooked and hard. The only other complaint is that we asked for no contact delivery, told them to leave it on the porch and tipped via online ordering almost 20% and they still rang the doorbell and waited for someone to come out. I'm not sure why your offering contactless delivery if that's going to be the case. The driver didn't even have a mask or gloves. With covid- 19 lately anywhere we order from has respected this and worn the proper gear. I had to sanitize everything a couple of times before eating. read more

This place makes the best meatball subs!!!! I've tried a few places trying to find the best, and Express Pizza is 1) Fast and 2)puts the subs together perfectly! Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and meat! And a bonus: the meatballs are REALLY good!!! read more

The only saving grace is..,hmmmm. Ordered food. After an hour after the suggested time I called (delivery drivers frequently get list in my neck of the woods). The operated was very helpful and asked why the delivery guy wasn't there yet. Less then 10 seconds later, the delivery guy shows up with less than like warm food (60 degree night). Order from Athens.... read more

Killer food. Quick delivery. What's not to like? Their pizza is awesome and so is everything else. This is our go to for sure.

Great food, fast delivery, fair prices and very extensive menu. If I were to use one word to describe this place it would be "Santa Fe Chicken Egg Rolls". read more

We just moved to Weymouth two months ago, and hadn't yet been wowed by any local pizza shops. We were moderately satisfied by a few, but really hadn't found "our spot" yet. I had never heard of Express, but it was one of the few local places on Grub Hub, so I peeked at their menu. It quickly became clear that this was not your everyday, run-of-the-mill sub shop. Delivery took awhile, but it was Sunday, and raining, and it did arrive within the window that Grub Hub gave to us, so no complaints. When we opened the bag, we found that my fiance's sub was missing. He called Express, and the guy he spoke to was very apologetic. He upgraded the sub from a small to a large and sent it right over, along with a $5 gift card for our next visit. A real craftsman in the dying art of customer service. The food was really good (but not quite warm enough...hazard of ordering at peak times, I suppose). I especially loved the mac and cheese bites. All in all, it's easily the best takeout we've had since getting here, and we will absolutely be back. read more

Nothing special, but not bad, either. The food was fine. My only gripe is with the french fries. I have had both the regular and spicy, and they are soggy, as if they were not double fried. To get a nice, crispy french fry, they NEED to be double fried. These are not. read more

Great pizza, especially the Margherita. Interesting appetizers too, like the mac and cheese wedges. Consistently good food, competitive prices and customer service is fine. You can't go wrong. read more

I've been there over 100 times and never had anything bad! All the salads are fresh. Their pizzas are delicious ! You got to try the chicken wraps and eggplant parm sub. Even Express burritos are satisfying ! The owner and staff are very friendly! Definitely the best "sub shop" in Weymouth !!! I highly recommend Express pizza to my friends and family. read more

I called in a delivery order for a spinach pie dinner, which includes the choice of one side, salad being one of the options. I asked the cashier to please just make it a Greek salad. Essentially, what I'm asking for in this situation is for them to throw some feta cheese on top of the side salad, and charge me for the extra cheese. Makes sense, correct? He told me that in order to do that, he would have to charge me for an entire Greek salad in addition to my spinach pie dinner. I said, "I don't understand. The spinach pie dinner comes with an option to have salad on the side...I can't make the side salad a Greek salad?" Cashier: "Yeah I know, but I'm trying to enter it into the system, so I'm going to have to charge you for an entire Greek Salad." Me: "..............can I just get a veggie hummus wrap then?" Cashier: "It's an 8 dollar minimum." *Click* You're either a moron, or a jerk. Either way, you lost my business. Goodbye. read more

Ordered at 8:30 when they close at 10. Delivery driver took over an hour to get here, went to the neighbors house instead. My pizza was cold, not warm, and so I called to ask for a new one and the guy says "uhm nah we actually are bout to pop out of here bro" this was at 9:45, they closed at 10, but they were late and the pizza was cold. Should of giving me a new one because this ones gross. read more

Terrible customer service! Messed up my order they said they would fix it then never returned with the correct food

Generally friendly staff, a nice order online system they have in place (could use some touch up work for the end user but better than most). Great subs and appetizers. I love their pastrami, Big Boy, Fat Boy and Steak and Onion subs and their mozzarella sticks, french fries (you get a lot for cheap) and buffalo tenders are great appetizers. read more

Absolutely a waste of money. I was asked how I Want my steak tips cooked I said med rare but what I got was thin dry super well done steak tips crammed into a small box. The onion rings were cold and soggy. And the modzerella (sorry bad speller) sticks were cold and the cheese was basically the consistency of solid string cheese. I wanted to like this place because of their long hours but the food was so distasteful I couldn't force it it on my worse enemy. read more

Best pizza I've had in while.. From New York and think this pizza is better. Had the sausage and loved it.

Do not get the buffalo chicken wrap. It's not cut in half, filled with bacon even though it didn't say that on the menu, and is extremely runny. The chicken wasn't good and there was very little lettuce or tomato. I will never order this again. The curly fries tasted good but were extremely soggy. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! !! Last night, I ordered a steak bomb with no mushroom add Swiss cheese lettuce and tomato, order number 67, in case the owner actually reads this. Upon getting home I opened it up and found it was just steak and American cheese, I can't eat American cheese. I called up after I realized it, and was told there's nothing they can do to come by tomorrow for a refund. After spending the entire day moving, on an empty stomach, I finally managed to get there. I brought in my un-eaten sandwich, and very nicely and calmly explained to the person behind the counter my situation and what was told to me, he said the only thing they can do is make me another sandwich, at this point in time I didn't want another sandwich I wanted my money back as I was told, I wanted another sandwich last night. I was then very rudely told I could not get a refund because it is not his store, so I asked to speak to a manager, in which he said he was the the best possible person I could speak to. Long story short I was told the only thing he can do is make me a different sandwich, which I did not want. If this is the way they treat customers, I am surprised that they are still in business. I have had better order accuracy from going to McDonald's. Any business that gives a damn about their customers will do what it takes to make things right when they fuck up. As a reference, I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 16 years. The only reason I will ever go back is to speak to the owner, with any luck he will be more respectful to his customers than his employees. read more

Just moved here from Cambridge.... packing and unpacking and needed food, desperately. This was our first order- placed it at 10:00pm, picked up as they were pulling it out of the oven 15 minutes later! This was the BEST pepperoni pizza I have ever had. Terrible service. I ordered 1 cheeseburger sub and they sent me 2. Mistakes happen and I did not care until I got a call back telling me I made the mistake and not the person taking the order and also received a ton of attitude for their mistake. First time trying this place today and I was just underwhelmed. Placed an order for delivery and the food although fresh was just sub par. Greek salad came with ranch dressing (fail 1), cheeseburger sub was soggy (fail 2), small cheese pizza was basically cold (fail 3). Three strikes they're out. Never again. read more

Don't get the steak tips! I mean, unless you prefer 1/8 tips and 7/8 rice. I typically like Express (potato skin pizza is awesome), but I was REALLY disappointed with my recent order - only 6 tiny tips. They better step it up! read more

I'm new to the area so I stopped in and grabbed a menu when I drove by the other day. Their menu is huge! Almost too much to choose from! I wanted to try a few different things. I got an order of curly fries, a Greek salad and (something I've never heard of) a Big Boy calzone. Boy was that good!!! the fries were good, the salad was very fresh and the calzone, oh the calzone. It was Big and amazing!!! Have ordered it twice since my first order. Great everytime!! So happy I found this place. read more

I recently broke my knee so I can't stand up long enough to cook. We have been ordering out a lot these past few days. Tonight we ordered from Express. I ordered an eggplant parmesan sub and they brought chicken parmesan instead. I called them and was very polite about the mix up. The rude woman on the phone insisted it was not her mistake but mine. She was yelling at me over a sub. Really? WE will take our business elsewhere. read more

My experience with this place begins with receiving a takeout/delivery menu in the mail. We decided to give them a try, called, placed an order for delivery and told 30-35 minutes, after 50 minutes and no delivery i made a call to check the status, the owner got on the phone and informed me it would be another 15 minutes I expressed my desire to cancel the order because it was taking far too long and was hung up on, I called back right away and asked "did you just hang up on me your customer"? I again expressed my wish to cancel the order due to the tardiness of the delivery and the disrespect shown to me and advised him i would not accept the order when it arrived and was threatened with I already have your CC number and will call the police if you do not except the order. When the order finally arrived the food was ice cold.... beware of this VERY rude business owner/manager. In short, the offering of a simple apology or maybe even a credit due to their lack of service quoted would have gone a long way! We will NEVER order from them again. read more
