Joe was excellent throughout the entire process. After speaking to over 10 other contractors, all of whom came out and gave me estimates ranging from $6000 through $14000, I was thoroughly impressed with Joe's professionalism and his attitude from the start. He was completely upfront about pricing, credits from manufacturers, anticipated labor time, etc. Where are other contractors were just trying to squeeze every last dime out of me I never got that impression from Joe. When it came to the actual work, Joe was able to coordinate around our schedule (as we were in the process of getting married and moving into the new house at the same time). The team he had working with him was excellent throughout the whole process as well. They were all extremely polite and professional and I had no concerns about leaving them in my house to get the necessary work done. I never saw them standing around with nothing to do and they were very respectful of our property. They even made sure that they cleaned up each and every day after they finished working, which was excellent, and definitely not something every company does. It's 5 months later and I still haven't found a single nail or piece of cut piping laying on the ground. The boiler that was put in works excellently, probably better than my initial expectations. He also removed the ancient boiler and oil tank that were there when we purchased the property. Once again, there were no issues with the removal and I love having the extra room in the basement. It has been 5 months since he installed the system and there has been two times when I have had a minor leak, and due to my fear of plumbing, I called Joe both times. On both occasions not only did Joe get back to me within the hour, he also arranged to have one of his guys out at my house the following morning. Both of the problems were relatively easy fixes and the individual was in and out of my house in under an hour on both occasions.
