Really good small hole in the wall gun shop. People are courteous but sometimes they can get busy. They are able to order my .338 Lapua ammo that appears that no-one ever has up here in the high desert and at no extra cost. They are the best price you'll find around. I had sights installed by them and great price for that and quick. I've become their regular customer now. read more

Me and my wife had an excellent experience during the coronavirus pandemic. We needed to get firearms for home defense. Of several merchants that where running out of weapons and ammo, this place was still open and fairly stocked. From my wife's experience and what we heard from other experiences at other retailers, this staff was much kinder and more supportive. They were super transparent, giving updates on line wait times and were very apologetic about the slowness of the process. They themselves were having to deal with a 10x influx of customers and were even working longer than usual. They had an amazing winning attitude and never lost their cool. It was painfully slow to get in but that was not their fault. There were only 10 ppl allowed in the shop at a time because of the social distancing mandate. Part of the reason for the slowness was because they didn't rush ppl once they got inside. They spent the time each person needed to help educate them making the best decision and answering all questions. We never felt rushed, only supported. The gunsmith Tom was even on sight, working another job normally, but chose to come in to help the store out with the huge influx of customers. It was his anniversary even and he still had such a great attitude and was very friendly. All the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and even stayed after closing to help finish final sales transactions because they truly hold their patrons in high regard. Definitely coming back here. When tested by fire you truly get to see what people are made of. read more

Bought an M&P Shield from these folks and the service was outstanding. They really took the time to ensure I had my paperwork sorted out so I could pick it up after the 10 day waiting period. I walked in on a Saturday wearing dress shoes slacks and a button up that's tucked in (I was acting and looking professional) asking why my gun wasn't getting released. When I asked very polity the gentleman with reading glasses what the status was or why it was being held I got in reply " I don't know you tell me " with a straight face and complete seriousness . Now feeling all eyes on me in the store and completely embarrassed I answered I'm not sure why(that's why I was there to see if I can find any information). Then goes on to make feel belittled like I didn't know anything about what I was doing buying a gun . I am a very understanding person and have never written a review before but this did not make me feel good at all . It's not the first bad experience with them either but I will continue to be forgiving . Poor customer service. Came in this morning to purchase something only to be turned away by their lack of customer service. I was waiting to check out and the grey haired gentlemen did not seem to want to help me. First he had to clean the screen of the computer and then he had to help another customer who was already being helped by a lady who worked there. He left me at the register waiting to complete my transaction while he helped the other customer answering his questions and taking his time. I was ready to pay and leave but he didn't want to take my payment so I just left. Bought my first handgun here but I probably won't be coming back again. The owner (or whoever he is) is extremely rude. Walked away from me in the middle of a sale, maybe assuming I didn't have the money and suggested " I come back later". Also since they were so understocked on one occasion​, I was told that they would give me a call when more shotguns and ammo would come in. A few weeks later I was in the neighborhood so I dropped by to see if they restocked and of course they did. I didn't take it personally but while looking at my would-be next firearm purchase the same rude gentleman asked what I was looking​ for. I told him the items and said I didn't receive a call like I was told. After he asked who said they would call, I replied "you did sir" and he just walked away without saying a word and helped someone else. read more
