Ultimate Customer Service!…read more So I purchased two rolls of the 4x25 rubber flooring from Mike on Monday this week. Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day. Since I had equipment coming Tuesday, I kinda needed it fast. I asked if I needed to return the roll and Mike said nope, that's yours now. I'll replace it and give you a second roll for your trouble. I couldn't believe it! In this day and age, the customer service level was absolutely incredible. Mike, thank you so much, I got it all worked out and have the extra roll now. Honestly, I'm still dumbfounded how awesome this turned out.!!!

What a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call, to visiting…read morethe store, to delivery was a level of customer service rare these days. My wife wanted a recumbent bike and I wanted an elliptical machine. After doing a lot of research I was going to order online but didn't like the idea of such a big purchase without trying it out. All the stores that used to sell equipment were gone. After some google searching I found RX Fitness. They carry higher end brands but still found some in my budget. Plus their delivery fee includes assembly and was 1/3rd the cost of the websites I was looking at. I called and spoke to Charles who confirmed he had the models we wanted you to try. We went after work since they were having a Labor Day sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over the products, explained the differences, and had us try everything. Zero pressure sales, just friendly knowledge. After an hour and a lot of sweat we picked the equipment. A Spirit Fitness XBR95 Recumbent Bike and a Vectra 220 Elliptical. I was originally going to get the Spirit elliptical but I really like the feeling of the Vectra better. We purchased on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday. They don't just order from the manufacturer they have their own warehouse inventory and use a dedicated delivery and assembly team. The delivery crew was equally awesome. While building the equipment they talked about workout tips, showed all the features of the equipment, and went over preventative maintenance tips. I totally love our purchases and even on the lowest setting the elliptical is kicking my butt so I look forward to improving my endurance! If you're looking for fitness equipment look no further. They've got several locations. Newport Beach, Anaheim Hills, and Thousand Oaks. They have cardio and weight lifting equipment.

I called Coast fitness equipment to schedule a repair. I spoke to Chuck in the service department he informed me that I our treadmill was still under the 10 year warranty for all parts. He proceeded to order all the parts to basically bring our Treadmill back to like new condition. Not only did he have the rollers replaced ,he also replaced the deck, belt and handle mounted speed switch. Our machine runs like brand new. The service technician came out on time, actually a little earlier than appointment time. In under 1 hr he had replaced all parts vacuumed and lubed the machine. In today's environment to find a company like Coast Fitness Equipment is rare. Highly recommend Coast.

On top of that, HUGE shoutout to Richard who notified me of what could and could not fit in my tiny Honda civic, for recommending me places to rent trucks cheaper to transport the heavier equipment, and finally for helping me load over 2,000 lbs worth of equipment onto my car. And that stuff was heavy, we were loading over 200+lbs at a time. He also did a great job in helping with the weight distribution so my car wasn't scraping the floor and he did a great job turning huge things around in my car to make it fit. Cassie was extremely helpful with looking up my receipt and getting the exchange set up. She was super friendly, patient, and always had a smile. After that, I spent about an hour with Jess going over different cleats, how each model fit, and what would work best for the way I play. He ended up helping me find a pair of Tiempo Maestro Academies that fit much better than I expected. He then took me over to the steamer and explained how the process would help mold the cleats more closely to my feet. After steaming them, they felt almost custom fitted. Jess really took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the final choice instead of rushing me into a sale. The entire experience was personal, positive, and much better than I expected.
