When we got there on a Tuesday at 3:00 p.m., there weren't that many people there. As my wife and I walked in, we were impressed by the décor, the lighting, and how everything just seemed perfect. We were greeted by the bartender and our server, Jose. Jose went over the menu with us and explained how they make their own beer and whiskey! We ordered wings, spicy fried green beans, and potato skins. My wife got a bottle of Bud Light, and I got the house blonde. The house beer was really good.

Our server Kelsey greeted us and was very warm and welcoming. The appetizers were amazing, we tried several. We then placed our order and I have to say the steaks were amazing! The blue cheese butter and sautéed mushrooms were absolutely fantastic. We typically eat at local steakhouses in Palm Springs and these steaks can make run with the same quality and tastes as those steakhouses. We also had the ribs, grilled chicken sandwich and they were also amazing! The loaded mashed potatoes were delicious! I ordered a Grey goose and ginger ale and lime and it was delicious. Kelsey was an absolute gem, fantastic customer service she timed our appetizers and meals like a pro. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I had the meat lover's lasagna. It was everything you want in lasagna-- piping hot, flavorful, cheesy, and comforting. My husband had roasted tomatoes and basil with feta over angel hair pasta. (It's normally served over gluten-free pasta, but the server actually suggested subbing another pasta.) The depth of flavor from the caramelization of the tomatoes was astounding. It's rare to find a dish that's both light AND complex, but this one managed it beautifully. Wonderful experience, would've happily paid more than we did.

Something was off about yesterday's meal. The lasagna was borderline dry on one half of the dish and we had a hard time finding the "meat lovers" part of the dish. I'm not totally giving up on this restaurant but it will be many many months before we go again. We also ordered a extra small Minestrone so we didn't have to split the one in half that comes with the meal. The soup was excellent as usual total bill for 1 lasagna meat lovers and 1 side small soup was $34.70.

When I go to a Mexican restaurant I don't want my salsa to taste bland like pace picante sauce. I want something fresh and homemade. I ordered a carne asada burrito. The meat had no seasoning whatsoever and the salsa didn't help any because it was flavorless like bland tomato's. Mexican food is all about wonderful flavors in your mouth. Unfortunately their food is bland and tasteless. If they got a new cook since opening and did a good tasting salsa with fresh chips and seasoned their food with flavorful authentic mexican seasonings I would probably try it again and they would probably see a full parking lot instead of an empty one and business pickup 10 fold.

We rented the Tracer for 3 nights for our 4th of July camping trip to Serrano Campground/Big Bear this year( I know, it took me a while to review but didn't want to rush it) . The towels were clean and crisp, the bedding immaculate, they provided pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, toilet paper, paper towel, etc ( they even included a camping outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs and beautiful decor) The owners, a beautiful couple, were very informative, didn't lose patience with the many questions we asked them before booking and answered quickly when we had questions during our stay. They were very generous to us and treated us like friends although it was our first time using them. Overall, our experience with this business exceeded our expectations: from the affordable price, excellent customer service and beautiful unit. I recommend them 100% .
