Where do I even start.... for starters this place is 10 out of 10 in customer service and making…read moreyou feel at home and part of the family! From the start of the whole experience the person who actually gave me the time of day and common courtesy unlike other establishments was Allie she was considerate and well informed about the specific gun I was inquiring about and even went out of her way to contact their distributor to get her hands on one. As soon as she got her hands on one she gave me a call and said I had first dibs basically and that I had a few days to reserve it before she called anyone else on the wait list which is more then anyone could ask for. Same day she called I went in to reserve the gun for purchase. Upon meeting her in person as well as Max it was a very pleasant and welcoming introduction/environment store is well kept gun displays are super clean and everything really uniform and presentable. As soon as I started to talk she knew who I was and went to grab the firearm. Her and Max were letting me get a feel for the gun(the break, slide release etc)then I started to ask about other guns and they immediately pointed me in the direction of other guns and one I might like better upon my request of their recommendation. This was my first gun purchase and wanted to make the right decision and with their knowledge and reasoning as to why I should choose this particular gun I was sold. Only thing keeping me from making a quicker decision was just the fact I really liked the look of my first choice but with enough time and comparison of both of them in my hands and testing out different things I ended up changing my mind to the 2nd choice. They immediately grabbed me a brand new one opened it for me and let me be the first to handle it which for me was just the icing on the cake for my first time Experience. Being there in that environment with such friendly people with the conversation and tips and recommendations I couldn't Recommend this shop more to anyone. I will 100% be back and tell anyone I know who is ready for a firearm purchase to come here because they deserve the business because they go out of their way to earn it. Thanks again Allie for all your help as well as max and thanks a ton to you guys for Lugging that big Barrett Sniper out of its hard case to let me hold it. Again just reaffirming to how awesome of a first experience it was and look forward to going back!

I was refused service here after the owner flat-out accused me of possessing an illegal federally…read moreregulated SBR, which is not only wrong, but an embarrassing level of wrong for someone running a gun store for 42 "effin" years as he so confidently told me. Laughable that a person can be doing something this long and still not know what the eff they are talking about. An upper receiver is not a firearm under federal law (27 CFR § 478.12), is not serialized, and is not regulated on its own. Barrel length by itself does not magically create an SBR. An SBR determination requires a rifle with a shoulder stock and a barrel under 16 inches (26 U.S.C. § 5845(a), (c)). That determination depends entirely on the serialized lower receiver--which in my case is a legally owned and DOJ-registered semi-automatic pistol, not a rifle, and is configured to be California compliant under California Penal Code § 30515. This is basic, entry-level firearms law. Being incorrect is one thing. Being aggressively, confidently incorrect--and then doubling down when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about--is something else entirely. Instead of listening or checking the law, the owner insisted I was committing a serious federal felony and spoke to me in a hostile, unprofessional manner and cursed at me, all while in front of other patrons. Embarrassing for him to say the least. This is peak FUDD behavior: outdated knowledge, refusal to learn, and ego over facts. Shops like this don't just inconvenience customers--they actively spread misinformation that can get people in real trouble, especially in California. If you've been "in the business for 42 years" and still don't understand the difference between an upper receiver, an SBR, and a compliant AR pistol, that's not experience--that's willful ignorance. Do yourself a favor and avoid gun stores that let pride replace competence.
