I debated writing this review because I usually prefer to give establishments multiple chances. However, after my most recent visit, I felt it was important to share my experience. I visited on Saturday, not realizing there was an event taking place. The atmosphere that evening felt very different from prior visits and, at times, uncomfortable. There were issues with restroom access, as groups were going in together and others were being asked to wait, which created an inconvenient and unusual situation. Additionally, there were behaviors and activity that, in my personal opinion, appeared to involve possible drug use and transactions occurring openly. Whether or not that was the case, it created an environment that felt unsafe and concerning to me as a customer. Service was also significantly impacted. If you were not part of the event, it was difficult to get assistance. I was only able to receive service after another patron brought it to the bartender's attention. Prior to this, I had visited mainly for convenience, and while service had been average, this experience did not meet expectations. Based on this visit, I would not feel comfortable returning, especially during event nights. read more

This is a spot where you come to enjoy the bands and have a reasonably priced cocktail or beer. If you are a local this is the hole in the wall you have been looking for. If you are from out of town enter at your own risk! Just kidding you will be fine, be edgy and enjoy your time. Restrooms were clean, the staff was attentive, the music was jamming and the name says it all. There is an ATM, plenty of parking, and there are games to be played such as pool. There is no food but there was a taco truck outside selling pretty good tacos when I was there. Please drink responsibly. Cheers. read more

This is definitely a local bar. If you aren't a local or a regular the service you receive isn't the best! Sadly I've heard decent things about 18 taps, so I figured I'd try it out and invited a friend. Since neither of us knew anyone there, it took 15 min just to get a drink, they did have a band playing so it wasn't like we were just sitting there staring at a wall. Eventually after asking 3 times I finally got us our drinks. Beers weren't as cold or as carbonated as other places, but it was still drinkable. Def is a dive bar, but I won't be going back as the vibe, service and overall area isn't ideal. If you decide to check out 18 taps, I hope you all have a better experience than we did haha Enjoy read more

I came by this establishment to cool off some stream in my head on Wednesday evening by Yelp reviews. Outside of the bar looked unattractive, uninviting but inside was surprisingly quite modern and updated for hidden back of the building in apple valley standard. Bartender nice and there were many cool beer choices. Karaoke was happening in the back and it has a cool vibe. Downside is that they do not have kitchen serving food but it is ok to deliver/bring some food. NICE! many big screen TVs around to watch sports, this could be my hidden jam spot. read more

Horrible customer service. Bar was practically empty when I walked in, but still took several minutes before the bartender took my order. My mug was empty and I lost count of how many times the bartender walked past me and never bothered to ask if I wanted another one. After about 30 minutes she walked up and asked if I was done...oh I was done alright. Won't be going back anytime soon. The day I visited I was happy to see that the bar had a really nice layout. They had a ping pong table, pool table, and performing area for live music. The establishment was clean and I enjoyed the comfortable seating. The day I visited there was a young guy performing songs with his electric guitar. It definitely needs to be a bit more known so that more people can attend and make the bar popular. They offer really affordable beer and you can easily leave drunk without having to spend too much. This place definitely has potential to be a popular bar. read more
