They're actually partially run by Rubicon Programs, a non-profit that helps people with employment and a number of other services. When I came by I met the front desk staff who were very friendly and let me know that they don't have any veteran's rep, but can set up an appointment with the local East Bay one. I was impressed by how clean it was and also how organized! Usually these places can get hectic with the amount of people coming in and out but this was a great visit. Thank you friendly staff!

A…read morerecruiter from the SJ office reached out to me via LinkedIn with a really good opportunity awhile ago. Even though I didn't get the job, they kept me in the system. Fast forward to a few months later, I receive a call from the WC office. The opportunity was an excellent fit. In fact, I did a Facetime interview first to save me a trip to the office and to expedite the in-person, then I had an in person at the client's office. A few hours later, I hear back that I ended up getting hired for the contract position. Even though it's a short term contract - it's a great opportunity that I'm sure will open many more doors for me in the future. I am really liking the position so far. Not only have several recruiters from this agency have kept in contact, they have monthly check in's. TekSystems goes above and beyond for their employees. I would recommend them to anyone looking into get into the tech field but don't have a way "in."

I felt like she was my magical genie in a bottle, who was with me every step of the way and when I clocked into work on the first day, she was like, "my work here is done."
