I was shocked at her work attitude and called the agency and the lady/owner at the agency said that it IS too much work. I must have a different understanding of what an eight hour work day is. I don't expect that lady to work full eight hours, but to have only worked three hours and complained about "the hardest work she has done" in her life, I'm just going to stay away from employees like that. There are good employees and there are bad employees, therefore, I don't mind that I had a bad trial with a bad employee. However, with the attitude of the agency/owner like this, it raises questions about their professionalism. I highly doubt they have any other qualified people to recommend.
