That alone made working with Flex Tax & Consulting Group worth every penny. Our tax situation is far from simple. We file across multiple states and have a combination of W-2 income, equity compensation, and restricted stock with multiple vesting schedules. In the past, something always seemed to get missed. This year, everything was handled accurately and seamlessly. While they may cost more than some other firms, the value is absolutely there. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to navigate a very complex return gave us complete confidence throughout the process and incredible peace of mind once everything was filed. If you have a straightforward return, you have plenty of options. But if your taxes are complicated and you want them done right the first time, I can't recommend Flex Tax & Consulting Group highly enough.

We married in 2016 and started filing jointly so our tax preparation with him is almost a decade now. About 2 years now, Dawood has been making careless mistakes. It's typos here and there. We didn't put a lot of emphasis but did point them out when we caught them. Well, now we've received a bill from IRS saying we owe more than $5,000 for unreported income from 2022. We've contacted Dawood about it and he said we never gave him the papers for it (we did as I still have all copies of documents). We then asked what should we do and if he can contact them on our behalf to either lower the amount owed or give us options. It's been months and crickets. He's been very unprofessional about this whole ordeal. We pay for his services but the services have been half-assed and his work has definitely gone down-hill. We will definitely no longer use him and I suggest you don't either. Or if you do, definitely go through your taxes with a fine tooth comb. Because I can almost guarantee you there are mistakes. And those mistakes might cost you.
