I go here when I need a massage because I can always get in for a table massage. The only thing I don't like is their hot stone service. The masseuse will suddenly leave in the middle of the massage and return a few minutes later with the stones. They use the bare stone on your skin, I don't know how it doesn't burn their hands. After they are done with the stones, they leave for a few minutes to return the stones. It is a weird process, interrupting your massage and decreasing the amount of time you are getting a massage. I kind of did not want to review it because this place is amazing and on this Monday morning it was nice and quiet. Almost like a secret find you don't want anyone else to know about. We got in immediately and the they actually went over our 1 hour appointment. They are located in the Concord Mills Mall and right inside the entrance to the right of the aquarium. They offer chair massage, foot/leg massage or a full table massage as well as any combination. The atmosphere is much more quiet than I anticipated (being inside a mall) and the place is very clean. They did NOT spend the whole hour trying to sell me products or services. They were actually focused on my service and only spoke briefly and quietly to each other once about the hot stone cleaning towels. Definitely will make this a routine. read more

From the time you walk in they rush you to fill out what services you want. I usually get chair massage. I've noticed the last two times when I've been seated with my spouse the people continue chatting throughout our massage. The constant talking makes the massage less than relaxing. They don't massage the minutes you're paying for. My spouse came in after I did and was finished a minute after I was. They stand around looking for a tip which i give but let me get to my purse first. I think today was my last time going. Will try the other place in the mall. read more

This is one of my favorite places to recieve a massage. I have tried the body massage, foot massage, chair massage and a facial. My skin glowed for weeks after the facial and she was very delicate with the extractions. I wish they added a little more pressure during my foot massage. He popped each toe which added relief to my aching feet. I love deep tissue massages and that is what I recieved. They have wonderful prices and even have a punch rewards card as an incentive. I try to go at least once a month for a chair massage to relieve the tension in my shoulders. Afterwards I am so relaxed that I immediately fall asleep once I go home. read more

I said add $10 as the tip. She then told me no, that tip is $15. I then said no, I said $10 and she insisted no that I will pay $15. As much as this burned me inside, I ended up letting her add $15 only because like I said the service was good. My first 2 visits were very nice, because I had a therapist named 'Tina' who seemed to be attentive to what I needed. And since they don't take appointments, I couldn't get her to work on me again. So I allowed a gentleman to do the massage, well, he was very rough, and even though I asked him to back off, he still didn't seem to understand me (language barrier) spending too much time on my upper back and shoulders, I was very sore for a week! The next week I opted for the foot massage (which was lovely) and table massage combo, the table massage was painful once again different therapist same difficulty in communication. This last time I got the same guy that hurt me, and before the massage I tried my best to make sure he understood I want relaxation massage, no deep tissue!!! He starts off ok, then starts digging in my upper back along my scapula with his elbow!!! I gave a hard nudge for him to stop!! He backed off. He also spent too much time on my back where my other areas had very little time spent if at all (legs, arms, feet) After I went to pay, I was very dissatisfied, and knew I was done with this place. I'm mad at myself for putting up with something I should have dropped 2 sessions prior!! I didn't want to tip much, and the cashier insisted on $10 minimum, well she obviously doesn't know what the word 'suggested' means on that sign they have, because I don't have to tip anything! ***Also I recently realized they do not change the face cradle cover, or the sheets after each client!! They only change the thin white tissue like paper on top of the dirty sheet!!!! That's disgusting!! I hope Tina will find a better place to work, she was the only therapist there that had a good work ethic, was very well spoken, and we also talked about a treatment plan to help with my back pain. Aside from the noise that you hear from the mall, stale popcorn in the air and most of all the inexperienced massage staff. I went in initially for 60 minute but I soon discovered I was wasting my time and I'm more agitated than ever. I opted for a 30 minute massage and pay 30 bucks no tip. I've had many massages and this by far away is the worst. I will not come back I would never recommend this to a family member nor friend not even my worst enemy. They except Visa or MasterCard they do not except American Express. Went here this past week & did not leave relaxed or Pampered, Instead I felt sore & disappointed... the female that massaged me was way too rough & hopped on the massage bed more then once, at one point she straddled me to massage my back. Now I don't know about you but I don't want a stranger to jump on my back especially when all I have covering me is a thin blanket. At the end of the "treatment" I paid $50 with no tip, both ladies at the front were angry and tried to force me to give a $10 Tip. My son gave me this as a birthday present. The only good thing was i didnt have to wait,after getting signed in, they took me back immediately. When i got there they had their little children running around and no one greeted me. I came in and after standing there for a min or so one of the massage ladies smiled and said "may i help you". As i was leaving i was about to walk out the store and 2 massagers and the receptionist yelled at me to stop at the front desk, didn't ask me how the services were but immediately azked if I wanted "to leave a tip for all of their hardwork"and pointed to a sign that tbey have displayed up front with suggested tip amounts. The lady said okay, and then came back and asked if I would not mind getting my massage first and my friend would only have to wait ten minutes. My friend waited for her masseuse only to find out that she would only get one AFTER my massage because the same man was going to massage her. Never again!!! Went for a couples massage. They asked VERY personal questions that were none of their business. My husband told them a certain place on his neck was hurting, wanting them to leave it alone. She proceeded to ask if he had been to the doctor. He replied yes. Then she asked him what the doctor had said!!! Then she asked him how he got a blister on his foot. Seriously??? Also, the two employees doing our massages would not shut up. We like it quiet and relaxing. Shouldn't have to listen to whatever language they were speaking the entire time. They actually used Jergens hand lotion for the massage.
