Sadly, I was incorrect. You can be sure I won't be making that mistake again with your company" I wish I could upload a picture of the postcard. Everything received had smudged, which they blamed on the post office, and the postcard itself has outdate information (by THREE YEARS!) and two or three different fonts. I wish I had looked more closely, although their website is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. Save your energy and your money and take your business elsewhere.

His response: "While our inks are very eco-friendly we had to discontinue the tree bark and gumbo soil since it started clogging our screens." Now that's a thinking man. I ordered a run of 1000 CDs from Cravedog Inc. The first song was fine, but the remaining 10 tracks…read morewere nothing but white noise. Cravedog blamed this on a "corrupt file from our engineer". I had two independent studios check the same file in dropbox and it was fine. I also had a different manufacture use the same file for a short run to hold us over - it checked out fine for them as well. In spite of the fact that I had been a faithful customer and ordered over 4000 CDs from Cravedog in the last 10 years, they refused to make it right. I had to file a credit card dispute and after an investigation was given a full refund. I suggest spending the extra hundred dollars or so and using one of the larger more reputable manufacturers.

My experience here was truly unpleasant and infuriating…read more I stopped in to the Pearl location on 4/27. My phone has a loose speaker grill and the front glass of my phone needs to be replaced, as it is so scratched that the selfie camera is unusable. First off, despite being the only customer in the store, I had to wait ~5 minutes before the clerk came out of the back room. When he finally appeared I asked about the needed repairs, and the clerk said, "Sure I can do that." Then he told me that all he could do for the speaker was squirt some superglue up into the speaker port/grille and that it "might fix the issue but usually doesn't and blocks the speaker. But that's the only thing I can do about that." So the "Sure I can do that" was just a lie. That isn't a repair, that is squirting superglue and hoping for the best. Luckily I managed to stop him before he did it without verifying that I actually wanted him to do it. He quite literally was already reaching for the glue until I said "Well, then I absolutely don't want you to do that." THEN the clerk proceeded to pull out a screen protector box, and began opening it. When I saw him get the screen protector out, I asked him, "Is that a screen protector? Because I actually need the front glass replaced." He didn't stop what he was doing, continued applying the screen protector, and just said, "That's not worth it." Despite the fact that I already explained to him that I had a VERY specific reason for requesting that the glass of the phone itself be replaced. I never requested that he apply a screen protector, in fact I tried to stop him from applying it. He didn't even ask me about the type of screen protector, and installed a matte one. Even if I wanted a screen protector, I never would have selected a matte one, nor would I have applied it on an already heavily damaged screen. And, obviously, the screen protector over the top of the scratched glass does nothing to fix the selfie camera issue. He also installed it without the typical application tool, so the screen protector was misaligned. Frankly it really felt like the clerk simply wasn't interested in doing any actual repair work, and just wanted me to leave so he could go into the back room and chill there again. He was doing anything "repair" he could, as fast as he could, so that he had an excuse to charge me for it, even though he failed to do anything I asked.
