The filling had a rich, authentic nutty flavor and a natural brown-green color, rather than the artificial taste and bright coloring often found in pistachio desserts. The choux pastry itself was light, airy, and moist, which I really enjoyed. The coffee was also quite good and paired nicely with the pastries.
