I went back more than once to have it again. The way you select your pastures is by grabbing a tray and personal set of tongs, going down the display line to select what you'd like. You then bring your selections to the register and can order coffee or tea at that time as well. There are non-pastry items you can order as well, including a bento box around lunch time and their signature cloud pancakes that take a while to make but come out looking incredibly airy. Within a block of leaving the business, while holding the hot cup with one hand (the sleeve only helped a little), some of the hot tea spilled on me suddenly (I now have a burned scar on my knuckle). But, this bakery has only gotten better with age. It looks like a little French bistro with the red brick walls and counters full of breads and baked goods. Service was great. The gentleman who waited on us was very nice. I bought a chocolate croissant. It was rich and buttery filled with delicious layers of chocolate. I also ordered an apple turnover. The crust was melt in your mouth delicious. And, the apple filling was superb. Lastly, I ordered a cannell. It was rich and sweet and so delicious. So, each of my three desserts were amazing. The prices were reasonable. It is tucked back on the right side of the street. You can use Chef Tony's as a reference point. I guarantee I will be going back soon.
