He not only quickly made a new fob for my car but also jump started my (new) battery that had died from lack of use. We are so glad we found Express Auto Locksmiths at the Ontario Mills Mall location in front of Gap. Recently, we had broken two of our Toyota Camry car keys; more specifically , the metal part of the key detached from the remote part. In that case, we were originally planning to get it fixed at our local Toyota dealership. However, when we called, they said they had to charge us over $300 for both keys!!! Luckily, we found Express Auto Locksmiths. Lin, the person who helped us, was very nice and only charged us a total of $130 for both keys, and that was a discount price he offered! All he had to do was replace the outer shell and make a new metal part for each of the keys; the chip and everything inside the remote, he was able to remove and transfer over to the new keys. The reason the car dealership charged us so much, he explained, was because they were afraid that they would break the chip when removing it and so they would rather not take that risk. Phew! I'm so glad he told us about that because now I'm never calling the dealership again in a case like this! Overall, though, we were very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone. The service was fast and prompt, the prices were not too high, and by his word, he was able to repair and get two new keys fixed in just 20 minutes! Needed an extra fob for my 2018 Subaru Forester prior to leaving for vacation. Took a trip to Subaru in Ontario and they wanted $400.00 just for the fob and another $300.00 for the programming and keying. No Thank you. I called a few locksmiths and they did not have the fob but said they could build me one for $350.00 not to include the entry key. So I looked on line and it advised me to look for an Auto Locksmith.
