I needed a duplicate key fob for my wife's Audi Q5. I reached out to several automotive locksmith companies all informed me "Unable to service, except Experess Auto Locksmith. It took a couple of weeks after my initial conversation with Lim before scheduling my appointment. Due to availability constraints. Lim was very accommodating and tried work with my schedule. He arrived at my residence on time, introduced himself, shook my hand and went to work... He was very careful with my wife's vehicle treating it like his own, at least that's the impression I got. LIm kept me in the loop throughout and once the job was complete, he had me test the duplicate key fob. It worked exactly like the original key fob, even the comfort mode is working, aftermarket key fob case and flat key, OEM circuit board! I'm glad I didn't go through the dealership, who charges an arm and a leg for a duplicate key fob, ok maybe just an arm. Express Auto Locksmith, and Lim for the win! Great service, punctual, and professional at a fraction of the dealership cost. I highly recommend, Lim/Express Auto Locksmith for all your automotive Locksmith needs. Thank you, Lim!

I have 2005 Honda accord which has a transponder in the key. The key was also equipted with buttons to open the trunk and doors. I looked on Yelp and naturally I went with the company with 5 star 400 reviews. When I called the 400 review company they asked me if the key opened the trunk, I told him no. He told me he couldn't do it because the original key didn't open the door. I then called Express Auto LockSmith located in the Mills mall in Ontario. The only question Lim asked was for my address. He arrived to my residence quickly. He programmed & cut the key in less than an 20 minutes. Moral of the story don't lose your fab key and if you do call Lim at Express Auto LockSmith to program you another key, it's cheaper than going to the dealership.

Needed an extra fob for my 2018 Subaru Forester prior to leaving for vacation. Took a trip to Subaru in Ontario and they wanted $400.00 just for the fob and another $300.00 for the programming and keying. No Thank you. I called a few locksmiths and they did not have the fob but said they could build me one for $350.00 not to include the entry key. So I looked on line and it advised me to look for an Auto Locksmith. I found Express Auto Locksmith at Ontario Mills Mall. To my surprise they said they had the original fob and could make me a duplicate right away. They came out to the car and it only took like 5 minutes to duplicate the existing fob. We walked away happy about 1 hour later. It only cost $250.00. What a Life Saver! read more

I was initially skeptical because of the mall location, but these guys are legit. Lim quickly answered all my questions on Yelp. They charged about half the price my dealer quoted to replace my Mazda key. The service was super great and they programmed and tested my car key right in the Mills parking lot. Do not come to this place we bought a car keychain from this place and the material wasn't good because it ripped while taking it out of my sweater pocket. True to their name! Express auto locksmith was not only speedy with there response but there service time. I was checking all day to find someone who could help me replace my car key as i'd lost the only one id had and they by far had the best deal around. Not only is the pricing great but they came to me which was convenient because my car would not start. Lim helped me get a quick quote for the replacement key and even helped me jump start my car. In less than an hour from when i'd reached out for a quote i had my new car key in my hand. He was kind and very efficient with convenient methods of payment and no hidden fee's or up charges.
