Would give this place a 0 if I could. I don't even know how this place is in business. I went two days ago with my mom for a gel manicure. I originally had acrylic on and needed that removed for my job. The lady doing my nails barely removed the acrylic and started applying polish right away. It was thick, clumpy, and streaky all over. My mothers polish was bubbly and streaky all over as well, and her lady cut her. Who lets someone leave with their nails looking like this? We even tipped well before our polish was on. Big mistake! Don't waste your money! Went today with my daughter. I got a manicure with regular polish. Polish was streaky and bubbles throughout. My daughter had removal of old set of acrylic nails and a gel manicure after. Technician did not remove all of the acrylic like we requested and the gel polish application was terrible! All over the skin around the nail and bumpy and thick in places. I didn't have my glasses on so really didn't notice how bad they were until we got out to the car after I tipped each of the ladies $10 each! We immediately went down the road a few minutes to another salon and the ladies there did a beautiful job! They got all of the old acrylic off and gave a perfect beautiful gel manicure. Covid precautions were great so I will give 1 star! However customer service and pedicure was not. They only have 1 pedicure...which is not great. No callous removal, no sugar scrub, no massage. This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes and 40 mins later the lady started. That was after sitting in front of me on her phone looking at dogs. The polish selection was crappy and almost all of the bottles were wet and wild and half empty. The lady went quick and poked and dug at my toe nails and cuticles, it was painful. There was barely any massage and boom i was done. When i left My heals were still all cracked and peeling.. it doesn't even look like I got pedicure. They were friendly and the place was fairly clean. However they were very confused on the nail inspo photo I showed them, it was one of those drawings of each nail with the design. It's a fairly simple design as well. They were very bad at matching the colors, wouldn't listen to what I was saying about the colors and did their own thing. They messed up the simple designs and said it was okay one nail design was heavily off center without even asking me before moving on. Nails were extremely lumpy. Base coat is uneven because they took nail polish remover to remove the design each time they thought they did it poorly. Some of the nails are lopsided. Didn't ask about cutting my natural nails before cutting them to put the acrylics on, and cut them way too short. Was very rough and made me bleed. And kept forgetting what shape of nails I wanted. They also were rushing to finish even though they had already took four hours to do them so far. They were very slow even with two nail artists doing my nails. Were making inappropriate comments about me going to Vegas and gambling and partying, because my nails had some card themes to them, I am only 16. Were very rude just grabbing my phone and passing it around between the two without my permission. I had set it on the desk so she could copy the nail designs and she just took it without saying anything and got up and walked off to the other lady, who later joined in doing my nails, both very confused about the whole thing. Which should have been my first clue to leave. Overall poor communication they barely spoke any English or understood my English. And very poor nail quality. What was I doing in a nail salon you ask? Well I was talked into coming here with a friend and my daughter. They wanted pedicures. Well I have the dreaded Dry Cracked Summer Heels so I decided I would try it out. I am very glad I did. I walked in the door, and they asked if they could help us, we told them we had appointments for our pedicures. Of course, they aren't at the front desk, they are helping other customers and they yell everything out. So they told me to pick a color....well I don't want my nails painted! My daughter kept telling me she was going to pick me out a pretty color. Thankfully the stare of death kept her from getting me one. They had us sit in these wonderful leather massage chairs and stuck our feet in the hot water with some lavender bath salts(not the kind that turn you into a zombie), nice chairs, they even recline and move forward and backwards by the push of a button on the remote control. Now I had nice hot water, my daughter had cold water as it was her first and didn't know it was supposed to be warm/hot. Karma got her for trying to tell me I needed pretty nails on my feet. The soak was nice and they proceeded to trim my nails and file my feet. Once she got to my heels, I thinks she gasped and probably cursed me out in a different language. Out came the callus tool, a razor blade. She scraped and scraped and scraped, every stroke was a different word in a different language I couldn't understand. Once she was finally finished slicing off my heels, she scrubbed my feet with a file some more. Afterwards she dried off my feet and proceeded to rub some lotion into my feet and my lower leg. I could have stayed there for hours! I enjoyed it and my heels turned out amazing. They were all super nice and did a really good job. I will return again, maybe next time I will take my SO, however she would probably pick out a color for me. The death stare doesn't work with her. read more

If this had an option for 0 stars trust me I would give them that! I went in to get a fill because my usual nail lady is on vacations and they did a horrible job. My nails look sloppy and I have gel polish all over my fingers. The lady that did my nails didn't really understand what I was saying so she wouldn't answer a question until someone came to translate. I asked her I if she could do my nails a little thick so they wouldn't brake off at my job and when the translator came she said that she couldn't do them thicker. Not to mention they don't have a lot of options for colors and they try to find any little thing to charge you extra. My fill started at $18 and they found their way to bring it up to $32. I don't mind paying more for quality and good service but the one I recieved there was one of the worst. First and last time I go there. read more

The ladies at expo nails are so friendly and sweet. I come in with my grandma often and they've never given me a bad service. They always ask my grandma how my grandpa is doing and how she's doing etc. They care about every person who walks in and are willing to do everything they can to help you! They always give me the cutest manicures and pedicures. Nothing bad to say! read more

Terrible experience, I had to ask the nail tech to change her gloves before touching my feet. She just got done cleaning the fungus off the previous customers feet. Then she pulled the cuticle scraper out of the blue sanitizer, she only soaked one side the other side had the crusted fungus on that side still. I had to ask her to put it back in the blue sanitizer and clean it off. I gave her the benefit of the doubt in her services and continued on with my pedicure. That was a mistake because she cut my toe cuticles and there was no foot massage. Also, while I was trying to relax in the chair, the other nail technician attempted to do my manicure. It was not comfortable or relaxing. I had to reach my arms across to the other side of the chair for her to do my right hand. Then my left arm was angled awkward. The nail color choices were minimal and I finally decided to have clear put on my nails just to be done with this place. When I paid with my card, I had no idea she swiped it on her phone. Called and said I needed a nail appointment. Was told to come in. I arrived at 11:30. There was a sign in sheet that showed 2 people had arrived at 11:00 for pedicures. 2 of the pedicure chairs were occupied, all of the other stations were open. A woman greeted me and said "I do your nails?" I said "yes. I actually just need them taken off." To which she replied "oh sorry, we're all full." I went for a simple manicure. I didnt want nothing fancy, I just wanted a little love for my hands, this weather is drying my skin out. so i just chose regular nail polish i didnt even care for it. There was no waiting but, customer service is bad, bad bad, but the worst is the quality of their job and their products a whole other story, The nail polish didn't even lasted 24 hours... I was very disappointed, I took my daughter in for a pedicure for her first pedicure and to just spend some time with each other, she really needed a little pick me up... anyway, at first I thought it was going to be a great experience then as it went on I found myself wishing I had the nerve to just leave.. it was so hard to communicate what we wanted and the ladies acted as if they were too good to have any kind of conversation with either of us.. I asked for a flower just on my big toe and felt like it was literally physically painful for her to do it, she seemed so put out about it, I ended up with polka dots along half of my nail.. I guess that's what a flower looks like to her? Anyway, the other lady asked my daughter what color she wanted her flower and when my daughter answered the lady acted like she didn't know what color that was and said she didn't have it although the color was right in front of her and when I asked if that color would work she turned to the other tech and said something.. then looked at my daughter and told her no, she didn't want that color and proceeded to paint some squiggly lines and and dots in a color she chose and sent her over to dry her toes and then they all acted like I had committed a crime for using my credit card, which they charge 3% to use it. I guess if you want a basic ( very basic) pedi that would be an okay place to go, just don't expect a personable experience or anything other than your toes painted.. don't ask for any design. I don't want to just leave a negative review, so I'll end with this, she did a great job painting my toenails before I asked for any kind of design. read more
