Before I could even explain, both Mike and his wife screamed at me, waved hands in air as to strike me, and ordered me not to return. I was in shock, as I approached in a calm manner asking what they could do as far as a fair reimbursement. I did not request any amount, but I did share that the dress could never be worn again. I had hoped for return of the service $150 I would encourage you to notice the quick temper of these owners prior to giving them your item to alter. Possibly simple hems, but they did not appear experienced to handle these new formals with multiple layers, or at least was not able to properly hem this one. So sad to see a beautiful dress, with a gorgeous young lady attend her first prom and feeling awkward about her crooked hemmed formal. Pictures show gown from formal shop with even hem.
