Really professional! Unfortunately sometimes in this business you get intermittent communication, unpredictable timetables etc but expert operates at such a professional level. They were taking care of a rental property issue for me and since I'm out of state I appreciated the calls with clear communication about the problem, potential solutions, and possible causes. He gave me more information than just pertinent to the situation so we feel like I understand what was happening with the toilets as well I have a better understanding of plumbing in general. All i can say is wow. Allen came out to our home in Lehi to replace our water heater and add an entire second water heater to our home. Our current water Heater we found out was about 15 years old. While we were at it we decided to add a second unit because one water heater wasn't always enough. Allen was super professional and i trusted him right off the bat just by his appearance and how he carried himself. My wife and kids felt completely comfortable around him and his co-worker. The process was super easy it seemed like to me and was also one of the cheapest quotes i received, but i know the work that i got was priceless. I called Expert Plumbing to unclog my garbage disposal after I jammed sweet potato peelings into it. I clogged the disposal at 3:30 and Scott V. and Carter arrived by 5 to save me from what would have been certain supper disaster. They gave me a two hour window for arrival and were at my door well within the time range after calling to let me know they had almost arrived. Despite having had a difficult day already, both men were very friendly, personable, and handled my mess with a sense of humor. Expert Plumbing is awesome! We had Nate come and auger our toilet and fix all of our faucets. They used to slowly trickle water but now they flow freely. Our toilet was was constantly being clogged but Nate was able to repair the damage from old pipes in no time at all! I am very pleased with this company and their exceptional service. Expert Plumbing is the most professional plumbing company that I have worked with in Utah. I have had negative experiences with other companies and can say that this company is extremely fair. The person answering the phone was super nice which was a great start off. They told be that they could have a technician out within the hour to take a look at my leaking water heater. Nate was our technician that came out and did the changeout immediately.
