Came in for a nail removal and it was a bad experience. The technician was prying my nails off…read moreinstead of properly filing them. It felt rough and painful, and honestly pretty damaging. I asked if they could file them instead and got a dismissive reaction. The whole service felt careless and unfriendly, and there was zero basic courtesy (no communication, not even a goodbye). I wouldn't come back.

My nails look so clean, precise, and polished. Better than they've ever looked! Amanda explained every step and kept checking in to make sure I liked the shape and color, which I really appreciated. Especially since it was my first time getting russian manicure. The only thing is timing! This took about 3 hours vs my usual 1.5 for builder gel. I don't mind, but I wish I had a heads up, so definitely come prepared and plan your day around it. Also, booking is based on experience level and I chose a more junior tech, which is probably why it took longer. Next time I'd book with a higher master. I did get a small nick while they were cleaning my cuticle on one hand, which made me a little nervous, but they sanitized everything right away. They also started about 20 minutes late, but offered tea and chocolates which was a nice touch along with a gift bag since it was my first time at Yarco. Overall, amazing service and beautiful results. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait to see how they last!

The mani massage lasted literally thirty seconds per hand. Not worth the additional ten bucks. The staff are always chatting away so rudely. A regular client walked in inquiring about a mani the owner must have gave. The staff was not ready to accommodate looked at her and advised her to go to a other saloon. Talk about losing a customer. The gel Polish was applied to thick and my nails looked bumpy! I won't be back.

I recently switched jobs further away, but I'll be making time on my days off to come see her. Also wanted to say something about the young man who was answering phones today. He was perhaps a manager of sorts? Anyway, he was getting totally chewed out over the phone by some customer. Obviously I don't know the exact situation, but it's never okay to speak that way to any service provider! Kudos to him for keeping his cool, calmly offering multiple solution options, and ultimately speaking up (still politely) to let the customer know that they needed to tone it down.

I wanted to add on an extra manicure when I get there but I saw it was only 2 people so I ended up only do pedicure. The 2 person greeted us nicely and were able to accommodate my friend's design request. They worked through a bit rush for her and for mine they messed up on the color. I think the lady was helping me couldn't hear/understand me well even I showed her a picture and we followed the exact design for my pedicure. Overall 3.5 stars for first time trying since my design wasn't hard to do at all and I didn't want to asked her to redo bc her next appointment arrived. Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :(
