I first contacted…read moreanother PDR company, but they said it could not be fixed and recommended a body shop that quoted me around $1,500. I then took it to BMW. They initially said they could repair it with PDR, but the next day they told me it would require bodywork costing around $1,300 because them fixing it would damage the paint. I decided to try one last time and found Juan at Dent Dogs. They responded quickly, and Juan was professional, honest, hardworking, and clearly very experienced. After everything the other shops had told me, I honestly did not think the dent could be repaired, but the result came out way better than I expected. Juan saved me from spending over $1,300 on bodywork and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back if I ever need PDR work again.

He was always available through calls and texts, and even sent me progress pictures. He is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be back to complete some other enhancements on my vehicle! I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. So, I brought it back and he completely buffed out both panels he had worked on.

Man who is this guy with the blow torch and rubber mallet that can fix my bumper on a Sunday?!…read more Bobby from A1 Autobody that's who. Was visiting Houston from out of town and a screw had popped off on my bumper and it was flapping in the wind. I had to drive 150 miles back home on a Sunday so I could make work Monday morning. I called some "body shops" but everybody was closed. I found 2 guys A1 Autobody and this other guy. The other guy wanted me to go to Home Depot and bring him something - while A1 was like I can most likely fix it given the pictures. I was a little reluctant to spend money from somebody on Yelp and not an official body shop. But, I wasn't in a position to really wait and shop around. I didn't know what to expect but when I got to the location this guy was prepared and I could quickly tell he knew his stuff. I felt very comfortable having him work on my car and feel like I got lucky to find him. I have driven 200 miles since, and my car looks great - panels are secure. With the remaining time he offered to fix some dings and gave me the rundown of what could be a quick-fix vs. time-intensive. Bobby has a lot of experience with body work. This is like directly dealing with the guy that will touch your car rather then go to shop, schedule an appointment, and wait around. Overall, very happy and would recommend again.
