I got a letter recently, hand addressed to "Dear Neighbor" with no return address. I was nervous…read morebecause of all the weird stories I've read lately about anonymous neighbors sending passive aggressive snarks. So I was quite pissed, though relieved, that it was just a real estate person wanting my business. This letter from Shari Wray & Associates with Keller Williams Realty had a phone number and email but no business address. The letter said that a home equity analysis was included, but there was none. I was going to just toss it in the mail but I thought it was so unprofessional to send a letter out without a return address, that was unnecessarily alarming and totally illegitimate looking. So, no, Shari Wray, you will not be getting my business.

They are managing a property is in a residential neighborhood, and their tenant is causing late…read morenight disturbances. There have been repeated late-night parties, loud music, and heavy bass that carries into neighboring homes. I reported the issue to the property management company multiple times, but no effective action was taken. The noise was so severe on several occasions that I had to call the police just to get it to stop. In a residential area, this level of disruption is unacceptable, and management's failure to enforce basic quiet standards has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

I do not think that this company can be trusted. Avenue's site states: "Low Fee Guarantee - We…read morematch any competing proposal fee for comparable service. We won't be beat on fees." Avenue does not keep its word. I was in talks with Avenue, as I was considering using them as property manager for my rental. Per the request of the Avenue employee I was speaking with, I sent him a leasing agreement I had with a competing property management company. I did this to see if Avenue would actually stand by their word and make good on their "low fee guarantee." After talking with me on the phone about it, the Avenue employee actually agreed with me that my lease with this other company was an "apples to apples" comparison with their own. However, he said that they would charge me more than the other company. In other words, they would not honor their own guarantee. They do not keep their word. Also, there are multiple fake positive reviews of this company. I'm 99% sure that some of these fake reviews were posted by their employees. I would advise staying away from this company.

When I made the decision to move back to STL from suburban life in IL, I knew I wanted to use Garcia Properties as my agent. I support several of their restaurants along Kingshighway and like how they truly believe in the city. The day I stopped in to start the process, I met with a young lady (forget her name) and she asked a variety of questions. She then matched me up with, Stefan Kelly. When we met, I told Stefan I wasn't under any time frame. My goal was to really find the perfect match. We worked as a team, I searched Zillow and followed other listings as well. I started out wanting a bungalow or some type of small house. Then I started looking at condos, as a possibility. Once I did that, I knew I was on the right track. Once I found the one that meet all my needs, Stefan and the Garcia team made it a reality. So, if you're looking for your first, or a new dream home, I highly recommend Garcia Properties.

When we started with Angie Denson, my husband has been in Saint Louis for 3.5 months and I was…read morevisiting and had spent barely more than a month there. We met with Angie online, and she spent hours and hours telling us about the city, introducing us to different neighborhoods and the ages and prices of houses. One night she sat with us until 1 AM on Zoom and showed us zones on the suburbs on the city map. When we went to see houses, she would make sure we were the first to enter the house, way before the open house. Also, seeing houses with her was an educational process for us: she'd teach us about cracks and discolorations and the neighborhoods, etc. What changed our destiny with house hunting was how Angie went ahead with getting the seller's enclosure and making an appointment for us in two hours. I was not in town, so, even in this market (of March 2022), she made it possible for us to both win the offer and wait for me to fly in and see the house before the inspection results were in. For the closing, the RedKey Realty Leaders helped me sign my husband for Power of Attorney, so I could close remotely, thanks to Adela and Shana. Angie helped us with finding the right lender, inspectors, roofing companies, cleaning services, etc. We really appreciate what the RedKey Realty Leaders did for us, and we highly recommend them.
