And as time passed, she proved to us, time and time again, that we chose the exact perfect person to help us buy a house. My wife and I were first time homebuyers, making the move from out of state, from California to Missouri. There was a lot of extra legwork on her part due to the fact that we were 2,000 miles away, and she was up to the challenge. She foresaw most issues before they even occurred. Recommended quality professionals in the area for all of our various needs. She fought for and advocated for what was best for us during the process. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the area and market. And she was there to hold our hands and walk us thru every step of the process, as this was all very new to us and we had lots of questions. We absolutely could not have done it without her. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, no-nonsense real estate agent in the St. Louis area, my wife and I would 100% recommend Marinka.

My realtor wanted to see if we could see it that afternoon or if there were already offers on the place. After being unable to contact them or schedule a time to see it I along with my realtor followed up the next morning. I went to their office and they were not there and the others in the space said they would leave a message to get back with me. I then tried calling from their lobby. When I finally got ahold of Mark he called me a liar about trying to contact him and trying to see the place. Also said he only would speak with my realtor even tho Becci and Marks numbers are listed on the Zillow posting. Additionally my realtor was not able to get ahold of them and left messages to be contacted. He proceeded to tell me again I had lied about trying to contact him and my realtor was a problem for him and he didn't want to discuss further with me. I asked if he could call my realtor back and he said that was not his job. I proceeded to end the call after being treated with ZERO respect! Do not trust this guy or his unprofessional team!

Oh, and add that it's your first home and you're relocating from another state... what a time! Mark & Kim made this huge moment in our lives as seamless as possible. Mark made sure we were informed buyers by exposing us to the market and answering tons of questions along the way. Since we were relocating, I was driving from Indiana for the showings. Mark was always willing to fill our looking days with showings, which was very appreciated since I know most people don't see near as many houses. Given the very strong seller's market and low inventory, we had to submit a few offers before getting accepted. Mark always encouraged us to stay within our comfort zone when submitting offers. Ultimately, we ended up with a gorgeous home that checked every box, so it was well worth it. After going under contract for our home, Kim was our primary contact. With the many pieces involved in this part of the home buying process, I have no idea how people do it without an agent. Kim was on top of everything, we barely had to lift a finger. She also was readily available to answer questions, explain the process, and even give us insight to our new neighborhood. You can tell she loves helping people get into a new home! Our advice: Hire them. You're looking at their reviews. You see we are far from the first people to be extremely satisfied with their work. Promise, they are the real deal. We are so thankful for them, and already know we want to work with them in the future when the time comes to move on.
