I spent 3 days cleaning it. The closets and walls were completely ruined with cheap paint full dust, dog hair, grease and dirt. walls and closets were having humidity issues so I fixed and painted it to make it livable, the fired place was falling apart also I fixed. The apartment was a mess and my rent was pretty high but I made it for 5 years. After all that we decided to move out for the really bad condition of the building and i got a email from Sarah saying: "thanks for the effort and maintenance you did in the apartment but we won't process your deposit because you paint the walls dark" yes I did painting the 2 rooms dark for all the humidity and black water coming out of the walls... after 5 years putting my time and money to keeping that place together and clean all what i got was "thanks for the effort and we'll keep your deposit" what about if you guys pay me back for all the maintenance and effort I did for the last few years, all the water coming out of the walls ruining some of my clothes and furniture. 5 years when you guys never put one penny in the building or apartment.
