They did not disclose that I was renting in a private subdivision that had bylaws to follow nor did they give me a copy of them. So there were issues about parking. landscaping etc.. Maintenance only performed temporary fixes on an issue with water collecting between the liner of the tub -- I ultimately had to outsource help to have the drain replaced myself. Critters are getting into my unit through an unseen opening in the laundry area, and maintenance has mistakenly entered my apartment on multiple occasions. Confusing my unit with another is not a valid excuse after the first time. While the neighbors are friendly, the infrastructure is outdated and doesn't reflect the price point. I also find it unsettling that a raffle for a rent credit is being offered in exchange for positive online reviews.
