So I was quite pissed, though relieved, that it was just a real estate person wanting my business. This letter from Shari Wray & Associates with Keller Williams Realty had a phone number and email but no business address. The letter said that a home equity analysis was included, but there was none. I was going to just toss it in the mail but I thought it was so unprofessional to send a letter out without a return address, that was unnecessarily alarming and totally illegitimate looking. I reported the issue to the property management company multiple times, but no effective action was taken. The noise was so severe on several occasions that I had to call the police just to get it to stop. In a residential area, this level of disruption is unacceptable, and management's failure to enforce basic quiet standards has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
