At the beginning phase of interacting with their agents, they were nice until we paid for our Tour. Afterwards things went downhill, with slow responses, no callbacks, and very little information such as when we were expecting to receive our itinerary. We literally had to beg to get our itinerary about a month before our flight. My wife and I completed the 17 day China tour, plus the Yangtze river cruise in May 2019 and the tour was horrible. The only thing that was pretty much organized were the flights. The hotels were as advertised, which was 4 star, however - they were not centrally located (this was an issue for some on Tour with us). This was an inconvenience for those wanting things in close proximity such as fancy restaurants, and nice stores. As for our Tour guides, some of them barely spoke English - so it was difficult to communicate effectively to them. To make things worse, each day was literally feeling like a shopping tour. I get it, some local residents are sales reps looking to earn a living, however, the sale pitches gets overwhelming and annoying. It's as if you're almost forced to buying things you don't need and it felt as though the guides were encouraging these reps behavior. The optional tours felt extremely short and they were crowded. This felt and was very low value. The shorter the shows, made it difficult for everyone to get engaged when it ended so quick. I don't' recommend Nexus Holidays to anyone.

Wonderful Service from CAA!…read more I am writing this review to tell of the terrific service I received from CAA associate Yousf N. He was prompt, professional and explained the process of fixing my car clearly and concisely. He could have left after he fixed the first problem, but Yousf insisted that we drive the car together just to make sure nothing else was wrong. I am so glad that he suggested this, because while driving we discovered another, more serious problem. He cheerfully towed me to the nearest garage, and remained with me until I was seen by the mechanic there. FYI, I'm an old white lady who doesn't know much of anything about cars. We had THE BEST TIME and even trapezed!. We hoped to take another trip this summer /fall . Angela worked tireless to find us deals to interesting places (that avoided USA ) . We joined Taipan's Australia and New Zealand cruise in March. The journey was full of hiccups. One…read moregood thing is we had a very professional escort, Alan Yu. He had made great effort to put everything on line. In Melbourne, the coach bus didn't present in the right time and 42 of us were forced to stay outside the pier for more than an hour. Alan finally arranged taxies to take all of us to the city. When we arrived Rotorua, the land operator didn't get the tickets for Hobbiton which was on the list to visit when we booked the tour many months ago. It really upset almost the whole group. Alan showed his patience to pacify the angry tourists and arranged to the money return. Also he took us to the Blue Spring which was another movie site of Lord of the Rings. I give 5 stars to Alan, not to the trip. I salute to his professional effort.

He went above and beyond, not just energetically in helping the group members carry the luggage up and down the stairs, but also physically assisting some seniors. That's so kind of him. His hard work and enthusiasm made the trips smooth, relaxed and enjoyable. We had two tours in the past with him -- Turkey and Greece. Both trips came back fully satisfied.
