We were put in an insect infested cabana at this old deteriorated resort, NOT 4 star resort as the travel agent had assured us it was. When our flights were delayed and then cancelled, we tried to reach our travel agent for assistance, she was no where to be found and her associates at the agency would not assist us. Do not book with "Best Points Travel" because you'll have the worst time - save yourself time and money and buy online, this is why travel agencies are a thing of the past. Wasted our only vacation last year by buying from them.
