When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they're trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager -- this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.

If her job is customer service, she failed miserably. I've never had issues there, I've always dealt with Martin the manager there who is exceptional, outstanding at his job and goes above and beyond... I will continue to go to the store, but I will not purchase there if this girl is working, she needs to be retrained.

Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). We had another appt at 2pm so I left & my partner waited for the car to be done since we were under the impression it wouldn't take much longer. It took another 1 hour, 10 minutes for the car to finally be done, after bugging our associate multiple times on the status (he would not update us without asking). Bottom line: It's understandable if it's busy, but keep people updated OR provide realistic wait times to begin with.

As Harry was working on it, he had noticed the arms were slightly bent from a previous owner, and would result in being unable align to spec. He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. I will continue referring them to friends/family and coming here myself if I ever need work done to my vehicles beyond my control. They are one of the few honest shops around!

I did a diagnosis a few days prior and received a call back once the parts were delivered. They upgraded my headlights at the same rate, if not better, than when I purchased them from 2022. They installed custom fog lights for my Scion a while back as well. When I had issues, they always honored any warranty and fit me into their schedule within the same day. If I'm doing a service at Toyota and ask for proof of the old car part on the work order, it's unlikely they'll save the removed piece. At Impex Motorsports, Harry saved the removed parts without my request. Harry and Ken demonstrate integrity and honesty which are the reasons I keep coming back.

In fact, he did the exact opposite- after diagnosing my car and doing some research, he found that the failing parts should be covered under BMW warranty. He even went above and beyond of taking my car to the dealership service center, explaining the issue to them, and ensuring it would get covered under warranty. All thanks to his effort and honesty, I ended up getting my entire turbocharger replaced along with the adjacent components under warranty--something I never would have gotten if I had gone directly to the dealership. Additionally, there was a separate issue with my engine mounts that they did for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for. Now my car drives like new! It's hard to find a mechanic who not only knows their stuff but also operates with true integrity.
