They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. The first visit was after my AOS malfunctioned and a coolant-line T-adapter broke, causing all of the coolant to leak out of the system. Thankfully, I caught it in time before it led to anything more serious, like a blown head gasket. Young diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired everything safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, honest in his assessment. I could have upgraded to a new AOS, but he was upfront in telling me it wasn't necessary at the time. It's hard to find an honest shop, especially in automotive work, but Autotuned has consistently earned my trust. There's no unnecessary upselling, no gimmicks, and no pressure. Just straightforward recommendations and quality service. My second visit was for AC service, an oil change, and fluid top-offs. Once again, the work was honest, clear, and professionally done with no BS. Every service I've received has been fairly priced, and I'm genuinely grateful to have Young as my local mechanic. Highly recommend Autotuned to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy service for their car.

I brought my car in to have the old wrap removed, and before coming here, I had spoken with a few other shops that warned me there could be paint damage underneath and that I might need additional paint correction afterward. That honestly made me pretty hesitant and worried about removing the wrap. Innovative Wrap did an amazing job. Once the wrap was removed, my car looked great and the paint was in excellent condition. I didn't need to spend extra money on paint correction or any other unnecessary work. They were honest, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They even took the HUMMER lettering/emblems off the old wrap and reinstalled them for me, which I really appreciated. Great pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely professional service. I'm extremely happy with how my car turned out and would absolutely recommend Innovative Wrap to anyone looking for quality wrap or wrap removal!
