The shaping wasn't quite to my liking, and my brows looked almost the same as when I came in, minus some slight irritation from the waxing. But here's the true measure of a standout business: even though I didn't love the results, I loved the experience. My esthetician, Evelin, was careful and intentional with every step. She explained what she was doing, highlighted the benefits, provided a weighted blanket, and made sure everything was safe and sanitized between products. So while I probably won't come back for brows, I would absolutely return for a facial--especially since that seems to be their real specialty.
